Withdrawal does not mean you’re an addict you could also be trying to get off of prescription medication such as myself the reason why I’m getting off of prescription medication is to join the military, but to do that I need to be off of meds for a while and withdrawal sucks

@@phvoteless9622Not trying to pretend like I know you, but you have been understood. Let’s just keep trying, even though we have been the whole time, even though we never gave up. I’m lucky enough not to suffer from addiction, but I wanted to say how kind it is to do videos like these. Too often, people overlook those in need. Glad to see you truly care ☺️
In summer 2024 I checked into a detox center. I used alcohol as a coping mechanism after a series of traumatic events. I spent 3 months in recovery and intensive therapy, and during that time learned that my history of trauma extended much farther into my past that I had ever realized. At the core of this was an emotionally volatile mother. With her own mental health challenges, she did the best she did, and for that I am grateful. But I did go through childhood without that nurturing presence. Sure, I’d never admit it openly to anyone I know, but your channel has been such a comfort to me. And now you release this video offering comfort I never got in the scenario which is the lowest point I have ever been. Thank you. Genuinely
One hour thirty minutes late I’m so sorry mommy…Anyways, as always, I’ll be looking forward to listening to this when I go to bed tonight! It’s like a daily thing now that I’ve discovered this channel. Support and love from me mommy always ❤
no apologies my love ! im just honored and happy you could join us 🥰💛 I truly appreciate your support it really means a lot to me. Thank you for listening and being here 🫂💛
"once you're on the other side you'll be so grateful that you stuck with it" mommy is so real for that. ive been in recovery for a while now and i just wish this video existed/ i knew about this channel at that time, would've made everything so much easier than the treatment i got and i hope whoever is going through it right now finds this video and this channel because it really does help. I'm more than happy I've chose this new lifestyle of self appreciation and wish the same for everyone. in around a month and a few days ill be 365 days sober and since the topic of the video suggests I'd like to tell anyone who's currently considering or just thinking about getting better, please do it now, not tomorrow, not an hour later, please. if the thought came to your head then you know its what's good for you, you dont need to feel bad or anxious or hurt, if you dont believe it ask anyone who chose to recover ill tell you im happier than i ever was. here's something they always told me in rehab: "life is like the heart rate graph, it goes up and down, if its always either up or down then its bad, but its a good thing that its always changing" so remember even as much as it is down it will go back up because thats how life works, plus we all want to be here for the 100M subscriber celebration no? you might never know what it is if you dont start recovering, but please do it for yourself to show yourself love ❤️
This is exactly what I needed, I have been dealing with addiction for years and I'm 30 days sober. I can't express how much I appreciate this. It hit me in a place I didn't know anything could.
Today marks the first time of trying to stay clean from an unhealthy habit I've had for the past 15 years of my life so the timing of this video couldn't be more perfect. Thank you!
thank you so much for making this. im an alcoholic (working to stay sober) and withdrawal comfort asmr vids are really few and far between (ive looked for them) i really appreciate seeing more asmr targetted at substance addicts, because i feel we're kinda underrepressented in this area, so thank you mommy
Thank you so much for this video Mommy, it has been a pretty long week, and after almost one month of no smoking I feel like this video was just what I needed to feel supported and appreciated. No words could express how thankful I am with how much you have helped me with some of your videos 🫶
thats amazing love !!!! I hope you are celebrating this achievement because you have done AMAZING ! I truly am so happy I can make content that helps, you really deserve it. Thank YOU for your generosity and supporting me🫂💛
I'm addicted to ASMR videos and your Mommy videos are definitely no exception. I want the cuddles and attention I never let my parents give me. I want to be in someone's arms and feel the anxiety leave me.
thank God I don’t have any addictions like that, but I really think it’s beautiful how Mo thinks about all kinds of people who need help and makes videos with so much care. Congrats, preeeetty Mo! Aaaaand also, I want to wish Mommy a happy birthday! The only hint you gave me was that it’s in February, so I came to the first video (not on the first day because my time zone is ahead, so it’s probably already the 2nd where you are) to wish you the best birthday, the best year, and the best life. You are (by far) the best person I’ve ever met on the internet and one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life, even if not in person xD. If you weren’t planning on mentioning your birthday, I’m sorry if I ruined the surprise in case you wanted to make a video or something. anyway, i hope that we can bring you hope, confidence ans a loooot of love, just like you bring us I haven’t received my salary yet, so I can’t send you money or anything, so I made this “little” message instead. YAYYYYYY i get to have a new mo video to be calm to 🥺 listening in a few hours and as someone who went through addiction I already know this is gonna have a special place in my heart.
Went through hell to get through opiate withdrawls, just to go back to it two months later. Its wild how much it fucks with your entire body. Terrible GI issues... then the restless legs make it impossible to sleep or even sit still. A month of sleeping 2-3 hours a day
Thank you so much 😭😭 Whilst its not dead-on you seem to release audios exactly when i need them ❤ My Grandad passed away last night and its so hard not to relapse to deal with it so truly thank you so much ❤
Just cuz its the theme of the video i would like to announce: im over 100 days sober! it was just weed but ive never felt better and im much happier! I recommend quitting and send you all the luck you need to anyone reading this!
Congratulations man! I'm going to be a year sober in a few days. It was really rough at the beginning, but it's definitely worth it. I'm sure you can make it to whatever goal you set for yourself! 🎉
Long time alcoholic here, I've been 8 months clean and fell back into it after a bad breakup. I have been shaking and having chills for a couple days now. My body wants to drink. But I know it ain't what I need. Thank you, truly. I needed to hear this.
Hi mommy! Its been a good saturday... and its gotten even better because of you! I just want to thank and appreciate you for everything you do... ❤❤❤❤❤
The thing I needed ngl I just got of rehab after being gone for 34 days and I just gotta say thank you for being a comfort part I know I can come back too it means everything
This is actually amazing, The reason being i used to go through withdrawal when i was younger, i still don't remember where i got it from or why but this helps me a lot. Thank you so much Mo, I appreciate everything you do for us.
I really hope you know your voice is so influential. These audios have helped so much. Thank you for everything mommy. Stranger on the internet wants you to know that you are cared for aswell. ❤
i haven't gone through withdrawl or have drank at all, but i have actively thought about drinking so i don't gotta feel anything even if it's just for a while i don't know i've just been tired recently.. i appreciate the video got me something to keep me tied over about it 💛
Alcohol doesn't help too much, unfortunately. Hope you can stave off the urge during bad moments. Never be afraid to ask for help if you're emotionally tired for a long period. You may not be addicted to anything, but your wellbeing still matters :)
You’re so sweet for doing all these different audios, Mo. Although I’m not going through any withdrawal from any addictions I can say I’ve been trying to cut down on a lot of things that are bad for me, so this is still helpful. Thank you as always for your kindness, Mo.
Addiction is such a massive issue and I feel like it needs to be handled better listen if you are facing an addiction please get help a lot of the times you can’t fight it alone find someone you trust and know wouldn’t use youre problems as a petty insult when you find that person you can confide in it helps emotionally mentally and physically the phrase “the first step of overcoming addiction is to admit you have a problem” is such a good phrase when you know you have a problem you find ways to try and deal with it to whoever reads this comment I want to say you got this we all believe in you if you have anything to say please respond to this comment I’ll gladly help in anyway I can
Thank you so much for making this. 🖤 I’m dealing with alcohol and kratom withdrawals again (and hopefully for the last time) and it’s genuinely comforting not to feel so alone in it, and to hear support instead of condemnation. And to anyone else watching this who’s going through the same thing, you’re brave for getting through this and it won’t be forever.
HIIII 💜 (sorry if my English is not perfect, i still learning) i just want to say that this woman saved my life. For real, i used to be depressed since i was 10 years old, i know it sounds stupid but, my family is so toxic and bad people, last year is the worst year in my life, i tried to "eliminate myself" lots of times, i used to hurt myself, and i used to think that "this is my end, i'm not going to survive", and the worst part, my mother. She doesn't love me fr, when i was depressed she used to insult me and say that i'm a "stupid clown", i say this because of that, i found this chanel, this videos were a type of "safe place" for me, in those dark and depressive nights, now, i can say that i'm happy with myself, i enjoy my life, i made new friends, and my life is getting better day per day, so, i just want to say, thank you for saving me 💜 love from Guatemala 🇬🇹💜
Going on 5 months sober from vaping, never knew this would be something nice to hear. So thanks cravings still kick in but a clean life style from both alcohol and weed is worth whatever withdrawals or desires that come with getting off the mind melters.
❤ the audio Would just love to just listen to her heartbeat, comforting and always being there for me. I can also relate as a recovered alcoholic for what will be 5 years next month. It was extremely tough because of covid shutting down rehabilitation, attending zoom meetings, trying to find different vices to avoid relapsing. I've lost 'friends' due to my sobriety, and many who failed to stay clean. This also had a very emotional touch, thank you. 💐
This touched right on the depths of my heart....How Mommy can help dozens and change their life for the better.... She's the one we should be thanking, for her efforts to make us happy....have a good night, Mommy 🥹🌃🌹😊
Mommy is like a bright, beautiful and radiant light that you might read or hear about and think that level of goodness is truly otherworldly. Yet, here she is. A light that never goes out, that in itself is genuinely fantastically powerful.❤ LOVE YOU MOMMY!!! 🫡🫡🫡
There is no way a person like this exists. You are too good to be true looking out for everyone like this. Personally, the only thing I'm addicted to is these audios, but I know some people really need this one. I hope all of you who are listening are doing good and getting better, and you too, Mommy 💛
Hope you get through the withdrawals soon. Pick up Excedrin migraine meds if you haven't already. The tiny bit of caffeine (15mg) in those helps with the fog, while the pain meds do their thing
this was so perfectly timed. i know im not dealing with addition or anything, but i seriously needed comfort cause of a lot thats been going on irl and im glad i was able to listen to this. yet another common W from ya!
This is actually a incredible video I hope this helps the people it needs because addiction/withdrawals is one horrible thing and to all those people we are all here for you WE LOVE YOU ALL💛
Between the audio and this comment section I’m bawling my eyes out. Thank you for making this. And to everyone here, I’m proud of you and I wish you the best.
The timing is crazy. I recently turned to Christianity, and I'm struggling with giving up sin, but it's extremely difficult. Thank you for this, and God bless your soul🙏💛
My goodness i needed this again today coming of these anti depressants is hell. My head is spinning i keep getting vertigo and nausea 🤕. Mommys is like an angel sent from heaven to heal us 💕
This came at the perfect time, currently recovering from nicotine and caffine since I got heart problems and i feel like my head has a heartbeat sometimes during withdrawls.
Good luck on double withdrawals. Excedrin migrane meds and Arizona energy tonics are great for nicotine and caffeine withdrawal respectively. Both got tiny amounts of caffeine to help the pain/ fog, but not enough to feed the addiction. They both got me and some friends through the same process :)
I was mentally preparing a joke comment but I can't, Mo this was amazing. Freaking hell man. I was really looking forward to hearing this but it surpassed what I was expecting, I'm not just saying that. I was imagining being an addict for the experience and even just pretending nearly made me cry. How do you know exactly what people need to hear, it's such an amazing gift you have And your ability to get so invested in it, I don't have to be an addict to feel things from that, this was wild man. It's so real. I was trying to work out where it was you got emotional, is it from like 9:10 ish?
i honestly do NOT remember i was so into it i was even looking at the time, but thank you for listening, means a lot you thought it was good i really, i really tried my best 🥹💛
This is very soothing and comforting I don't really have an addiction besides your videos, but I hope anyone who's going through one gets out of it soon it's not fun and it hurts, you got this :)
pwk!!!! hi !!!!!!! im doing well thank you 🥰 Pepper has her cast taken off and is fully recovered and is just building up her strength again ! How have things been for you? i hope things are well 💛 Thank you again for your support its very sweet of you 🫂💛
Always ease off nicotine slowly to help with the process. Alcohol can slightly help, but lightly caffeinated pain meds (Excedrin migraine) work a lot better for the headaches and fog. Good luck on quitting :)
Hey, dunno if you'll see this. But I wanted to say thank you very much. You do amazing audios as well as making me feel somewhat whole. I can't wait for more to come (especially ones with spanglish)
Apologies for being late to the show. It is amazing that you even made a video for people struggling with addiction. Thank you for all that you do. We all appreciate you so very much.
I was prescribed Zoloft once, and after I took it for about 6 months, my prescription was changed to Wellbutrin. This lead to about 3 months of horrendous withdrawals from the Zoloft. It felt like I had electrical wires plugged directly into my brain that pulsed every minute of every day for the entire 3 months.
Omg I’m so sorry! I was also on zoloft for a long time and i quit it could turkey but i didn’t feel any side effects i think. Now I’m on prozac and I like it much better anyways cause I feel like it actually does something
i know people like to joke a lot on this channel and meme it, but this audio was very emotional to listen to as it could help a lot of people. thank you mommy asmr.
Good luck on the long road ahead. Remember to never go full cold turkey if you smoked a lot prior. Don't be afraid to slowly ease off or use low nicotine products, if the withdrawal is bad. A setback is ALWAYS preferable to a full relapse. You got this :)
When mommy said i was a good person i ended up crying. I don't think anyone has told me that. I am often times my own worst enemy and judge myself too harshly so i need others to help remind me i am a good person. Thank you mommy 🥺💛
It's easy to be so critical of ourselves because we deal with the good and bad daily. But know that even though you struggle, that doesn't mean youre a bad person. Youre a human being and youre ALLOWED to make mistakes. if your intentions are good, thats what defines who you are. and from what i have seen of you misato, you are a pure kind hearted individual. always cheering you on love 💛
she's even helping the addicts?! god protect this woman at all costs and reserve a space for her in heaven

❤ the audio
Would just love to just listen to her heartbeat, comforting and always being there for me.
The timing, I just started smoking less so I’m going through withdrawals rn. Thank you sooooooo much mommy
These audios are my addiction 🗣️
Never thought I’d say this but I got a girlfriend. I’m gonna miss these videos. Thanks for all the comfort. It means the world that you do this
Congrats! Hope y'all make plenty of new memories together. :D
This is actually a incredible video I hope this helps the people it needs because addiction/withdrawals is one horrible thing and to all those people we are all here for you WE LOVE YOU ALL💛
i dont have a mom this youtube channel reminds me of having a mom
Between the audio and this comment section I’m bawling my eyes out.
Thank you for making this.
And to everyone here, I’m proud of you and I wish you the best.
Thank you Mommy
You are so welcome! 😉💛
I ALREADY KNOW THIS IS GONNA BE LIT 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bro??? 📸📸📸📸📸
I was mentally preparing a joke comment but I can't, Mo this was amazing. Freaking hell man. I was really looking forward to hearing this but it surpassed what I was expecting, I'm not just saying that. I was imagining being an addict for the experience and even just pretending nearly made me cry. How do you know exactly what people need to hear, it's such an amazing gift you have
And your ability to get so invested in it, I don't have to be an addict to feel things from that, this was wild man. It's so real. I was trying to work out where it was you got emotional, is it from like 9:10 ish?
i honestly do NOT remember i was so into it i was even looking at the time, but thank you for listening, means a lot you thought it was good i really, i really tried my best 🥹💛
EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED THANK YOU
This is very soothing and comforting I don't really have an addiction besides your videos, but I hope anyone who's going through one gets out of it soon it's not fun and it hurts, you got this :)
God bless you Mo for making audios like this even for people who are addicted to something ❤
The moment you said "Are you okay?" I literally started crying
IT'S MOMMY SATURDAY!!! I MISSED YOU MOMMYYYYYYY❤❤❤❤ love you so much mo, thank you very much for this....
hey mo:) it’s been a while how are ya?
what’s been happening in your world?
pwk!!!! hi !!!!!!! im doing well thank you 🥰 Pepper has her cast taken off and is fully recovered and is just building up her strength again ! How have things been for you? i hope things are well 💛 Thank you again for your support its very sweet of you 🫂💛
@ glad you’re both doing well hopefully even better soon im doing okay thank you for asking and for the heartbeat:)
Quitting cigs at the moment, been drinking to distract myself from it, but this is definitely a better distraction
I may not be an addict, but I love how you make videos like this for those are are struggling! Thank you so much, Mommy! 🤗 💙
Apologies for being late to the show. It is amazing that you even made a video for people struggling with addiction. Thank you for all that you do. We all appreciate you so very much.
thank you for this, i've been clean for 80 days and this really helps since i still think about using. wish you made this video sooner🖤
Oooohhh this one’s gonna tug on some heartstrings… she’s hitting the feels where I’m trying not too feel😫 god she’s good.
WE NEEDED THIS❤
Today is the day I started quitting smoking. What good timing, it’s helped a lot already. Thank you, Mommy! 🖤
Good luck on the long road ahead. Remember to never go full cold turkey if you smoked a lot prior. Don't be afraid to slowly ease off or use low nicotine products, if the withdrawal is bad. A setback is ALWAYS preferable to a full relapse. You got this :)
I feel that this one will be 🔥
Yayyyy !!! 😇
I MUST GAMBLE I NEED TO GAMBLE
Saturdays have officially become Mommy Day to me
Getting this in recommended at 2am is the greatest gift ive ever recieved
The audios with heartbeat sound effects are always gonna be bangers

Ooops... wrong account. 😔
@@Bolt_Boy😂😂😂😮😮
Is this thing on 🎤
Recently stopped hardcore drinking like vodka to just 1 beer this really helps a lot thanks mommy 😊
Great work on easing off :). Glad ya didn't go cold turkey. Most people relapse that way
As someone who recovered from nicotine addiction, I still even cravings every once in a while. Thank you mommy!
I have these too there are days I so desperately crave one especially when dealing with stress
@ same reason for mine
If it means anything from a stranger online I'm proud of you
@@timebomb4562 thanks man (or woman) I appreciate it :), it does get easier after time
Thank you mommy💗
mommy heals us
I wish the heartbeat could go on endlessly. Heartbeats relax me somehow. And the way you calm down. You are good at this. Thank you so much mo.
When mommy said i was a good person i ended up crying. I don't think anyone has told me that. I am often times my own worst enemy and judge myself too harshly so i need others to help remind me i am a good person. Thank you mommy 🥺💛
Sending hugs friend 🫂🫂🫂
It's easy to be so critical of ourselves because we deal with the good and bad daily. But know that even though you struggle, that doesn't mean youre a bad person. Youre a human being and youre ALLOWED to make mistakes. if your intentions are good, thats what defines who you are. and from what i have seen of you misato, you are a pure kind hearted individual. always cheering you on love 💛
