nicely done....I had to create an edging grommet last week in creo 2 using spinal bend. Creo 4 greatly simplifies the task

Can we we spinal bend an asymmetrical object? waiting for ur replay, hope we can have some advanced explanaitions to the function like how we keep the leagth or keep the shape of hexagon holes ... thank you .
Hi, thanks for your question. The spinal bend is not working for asymmetrical shape.
If you want to keep some shape (e. G. hexagonal holes) Best practice ist that you will create it after spinal bend feature.

I would like to add that this feature does not work with corners, only arcs, splines and fillets between straight lines!
can you use spinal bend on a sheet metal part?
Hi, no it is not Sheetmetal feature. You can create solid model, use spinal bend, and after transform to the Sheetmetal. Bye Vladimir
