Long ago, there existed only the Great Meat Stick in the sky. Feeling lost, depressed, and pathetic-much like how you might feel right now-they decided to share pieces of themselves to create the earth, the animals, the fruits, the people, and everything around us. This way, the essence of the meat would be woven into all creation. As a final act of love, knowing that people would show their devotion, they made the meat inside the people sacred and birthed lesser gods, all under the word of the Meat. However, one of these gods grew greedy and insatiable. In his hunger, he descended to earth, consuming everything in sight, even the meat of the people. This deity is known as the Terrible Meat-eater. But those who held the word of the Meat within them found the strength to rise again and send the Meat-eater back to a prison in the sky. Yet, as time passed, the people began to forget. I remember experiencing this firsthand just the other day. After I accidentally stomped my lucky toe, I felt lost, depressed, and pathetic. As I lay on the ground, I had a vision of the Great Meat Stick in the sky who shared this tale with me. The vision warned that with the fading of faith, the Meat-eater's prison grows weaker and could break free. However, by praising the word of the Meat, we could fortify that prison. If we fail, and the Meat-eater returns to earth, only those who believe in the word of the Meat may have a chance of survival. So, my son, do you believe in the word of the meat? Will you join us in standing against the Meat-eater?
