Donkey Kong Country Returns - Thugly's Highrise Mirror Mode

The sixth boss in Donkey Kong Country Returns, but in Mirror Mode! Mirror Mode is a mode of the game where you are locked to have one heart, no Diddy Kong (2 extra hearts and a jetpack), and no items. This one was annoying, but didn't take too long.

How did you record this, and did you emulate it?

I used this www.startech.com/en-nz/audio-video-products/svid2usb232 to get the video from my Wii U to my laptop and recorded it using OBS. I'm 99% it works on Wii as well, but either way the video is only going to be like 480p max using this.
