just installed the spearhead 10 inch on my 24 RG they look amazing and feel great thank you for letting us know about the height difference 12's would have been to tall for me :) .. Thanks for the vid..
Would love to see finished product on the bike a bit more at the end. Thanks for Videos!
Thanks for the video!!!! Is it recommended to pull the main fuse b4 doing the work?
So no upgrade to polyurethane bushings? I was lead to believe on my 2017 I needed to do that. Thank you and awesome video with good attention to detail.
Installed exactly as the video instructed and now I got ABS and engine lights on. c110463, p151000, and p212700 codes will not clear. My ABS is acting up, no cruise control, and in some kind of low performance mode... wtf happened???
So to adjust the handlebars you have to remove the entire fairing or just remove the fork lock cover?
You do not have to remove anything to Adjust bars on the 23-24 CVO Road Glide, The clamp sits out in the open.
So 14” bars don’t need the clutch and brake extensions
Any fitment concerns for 2024 CVO ST for the 10 inch bars
Sorry for the late reply. Right now we are recommending to go down to the risers that come on the standard 24 road glides (3” risers).
Great channel & info..
would you pls tell me where you purchased the custom service covers & bags ?
Thank you.
@@kstkustoms1324 Is she taking orders? I will pay a King's ransom! Those are awesome.
Do you pull the main fuse on this bike before you start the work? if not, did you have any issues when restarting post install (error codes that needed to be cleared etc)? Also I thought that little plastic nub on the throttle side switch assembly is there to go into the channel in the throttle grip to keep it from rotating freely all the way around?
We have started pulling the main fuse. The nub on the throttle side does not do anything
Will the previous generation bars work on the 24? With the throttle side being smooth and no longer having the notches for the twist grip sensor.
So 14in bars can be added without clutch and brake extensions
I was able to on my 24 road glide did not have to use any extensions. @user-bj6pt4ge3p
Are you guys gonna be at Daytona bike week, and if so, where are you going to be located at
My problem is my bars wont fit in the clamp should i grind it down a lil
Thanks for the video. After I got it mostly all buttoned up, the bike will turn on. And that's it. It won't boot in accessory mode and none of the other buttons work on either control. It's like it's in mode that I can't figure out how to get out of. Any ideas?
@@kstkustoms1324 Negative. It looks like i have broken wires on each side where the perch mounts. Sharp holes and sharp perch corners got me. Have to do some soldering it seems.
@@brapsquatch just make sure everything clears good before you tighten everything down. The way they redesigned that area makes it easy to crimp the wires.
So I installed everything as you did in your video and I’ve ran into a problem. It won’t start I went through everything a couple different times, making sure all connections were secure and seated properly but everything back up and still the same. Everything will come on all my lights work my blinkers work works on my button functions work, but the bike won’t start. Any suggestions here yes, I’ve looked for crimp wires on the hand controls nothing..
@@chadhale525 I'm probably not much of a help brother. If everything works, all buttons, accessory mode works, blinkers and all that then it's hard to say. If it cranks over then you know that's working at least. Maybe a fuel problem? I actually had that happen to me after getting everything installed. I let it sit for a while and then it fired up and haven't had an issue since. If it doesn't even crank over maybe try a jumper to be sure it isn't batter related. Maybe you have a ground wire loose. My problem was I had cut wires on both harnesses. I had to solder them all back together and really take my time and be careful when tightening down the perches. Good luck man.
I watched this whole video and you couldn’t even show the finished product! What does it look like? We want to see.
Hey man. The product listing on the website has some finished pictures on it
I dont wanna sound rude but you didnt even really show the bars on the bike finished product what a let down
Go to the product page. We have images in the gallery and in the customer reviews.
