Try replacing or bypassing the reset switch. I've had this problem and was able to open the control box and wiggle the small reset box inside and it would work for that day. Then of course, I would have to do it the next time I used it. Now it's turning off too much and not reaching the temperature at all. I'm going to have a friend that's an electrician replace or bypass the reset box.
We're are having the same problem also one lady said she bypass the reset switch connected it directly and had no problems so ill see if that will work 🤦🏽♂️

I think I found the problem I change out the top plate and put my mug press and it hasn’t shut off but what do really call so I can get help to order one
Same issue...Vevor is hard to deal with when it comes to replacing. I will never purchase Vevor products. They are difficult. They do not honor the warranty.

Before you do that, open the back up, make sure you push in the wires on the resetter, that did it for me!
i have the same machine having the some problem - BAD PRODUCT
Mine does the same in a particular outlet. I switched outlets and it doesn’t turn off

I fixed mine by removing the reset button completely, because that's what was malfunctioning. If you still need assistance I can send you pics.

it's a malfunction with the red reset, I removed and it's working great. I have pics and a video and when I get my life together I will post it.

It's a malfunction with the reset button, I removed mine completely and now mine is working flawlessly.

@Korina Cummings I tried to remove mine and it will not come on at all. I'm not sure what else to do. I need it so bad, I have orders to fill.
I connected each wire from the reset button to a 25amp fuse and it's working like a charm. The fuse reconnects the power in a safe way.
