Thank you so much for these videos. I was surprised and pleased to hear that dawn and dusk are preferred times for working, as I have been drawn to these liminal times for my magic for some time now.
Thank you for sharing this information. I was born and raised in Russia Rostov-on-Don, but my parents decided to move our family to USA Florida when I was 13. So I’ve been living here in Florida since age 13. I’m in my 30s now. The last 10 years I’ve been researching ancient world, a bit of mythology from different cultures. I’ve briefly looked into hermeticism, and Gnosticism. I’ve uncovered much truth about the roots of Christianity and basically all Abrahamic religions, the role they played and how and why they were used. It’s not a pretty picture to say the least. Hermeticism, Gnosticism were not for me, even though these schools of thought did contain a lot of wisdom. I didn’t like the worldview behind them. Seemed to resemble Abrahamism a lot, and I stay far away from Abrahamic ideology. I was drawn to something ancient, folkish, ethnic, and very indigenous Europeans. At first I ran into the work of an Irish author and researcher Michael Tsarion who talked a lot about the hidden ancient history of Ireland and Irish paganism. I was very intrigued, but I knew that I must find something that was my own, from my own Slavic heritage. Can you believe that growing up in Russia till age 13 I never really knew anything about ancient Russian people that were called Slavs. It’s almost as though over a few centuries those in Russian ruling class have gradually erased the ancient past of Slavic people. Most Russians didn’t even know till just very recently that yes they actually did have an ancient past, and Slavic people were a very mighty powerful people with a very rich ancient past that was taken from us. Of course some of the old folk traditions, customs, and rites of passage still happen in modern Russia, but it was always thought of as oh it’s just that ancient superstition. Most Russians who didn’t no longer wanted to follow the orthodox church/Christian religion, and wanted to find new spirituality ended up looking into eastern spirituality like Hinduism or Buddhism and stuff. In fact, it was very popular to explore Buddhism and Hinduism all over the west, and there’s nothing wrong with Eastern spirituality, but it is such a shame that Westerners didn’t realize that they had their own unique native spiritual heritage and folk beliefs and traditions that today we collectively call paganism. Prior to the spread of Abrahamic religions, all of the indigenous cultures, kingdoms, tribes, all of them had their own unique tribal native spirituality, and way of life, and all of them believed in reincarnation. Many of the Indo European cultures such as Slavic people on my mother side, and pagan Armenians on my father side believed in ancestral reincarnations, meaning a soul is reborn into the same family line the same lineage. Prior to Abrahamic religions taking over the world, all of the indigenous cultures pretty much practiced nature-based spirituality, and believed in multiple gods and goddesses that were tribal/ethnic. Yes they were all unique, but there was so many parallels between all of them. I started to slowly find Russian sources that talked about Slavic spirituality. As the years went by and it’s only been a few years, but I have picked up some new information about Slavic spirituality. Still, most official sources will tell you that there is almost nothing left written about Slavic culture & spirituality, but I don’t know if this is because Slavic people didn’t have a writing system, or because someone in power scrubbed any remaining evidence of ancient Slavic people. There is so much information presented by many different alternative researchers about all kinds of conspiracy that’s going on when it comes to Slavic history, Slavic Heritage. I can go on and on about this forever, but I think my comment is already long enough. I wanted to thank you for finally sharing some practical information about actual rituals. This is what I’m mainly looking for now something that can teach me exactly what Slavs used during their rituals, what were their traditions.

Karina, if you like to read, you should check out my Facebook page facebook.com/slavicmagpie. There are a lot of written articles on the subject.
Just to let you know Black Salt is also widely used in Wiccan and other Pagan rituals.. 🖤
From what I saw, their Black Salt is not the same as Thursday Salt.
Wiccan takes from other practices

All my sources are in Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarussian - if you read any of these languages, I could recommend something.
