COSMOS Technical Session 2020: Ground-Motion Variability -- Scaling and Mean-Spectrum Modification

The 2020 COSMOS Technical Session just ended yesterday.
This presentation was part of the session on emerging technologies in ground-motion selection and modification.
The COSMOS TS is one of my favorite conferences because we have in-depth panel discussions between researchers and practicing structural and geotechnical engineers, as well as seismologists and engineering seismologists.
