I love your coloring books! I can't decide which one to get first!

First time viewer and new subscriber here. I just received your email about the hard cover. I prefer better quality paper over duplicate coloring pages. I’ll wait until next month to buy your book. BTW it’s just my preference, not a criticism, I prefer voiceovers rather than music, though of course it’s your channel to do whatever you like.

Thanks for your comment and welcome 😊 I like your idea about voiceovers - we'll see what the future brings...

Was going to ask the same as Leslie. Is the paper actually 105gsm or is it in the variable 88-105gsm Amazon Printed Paper range?
I'd love to give one of your hardback books a test run & review but at £14 for a book I already have, it's definitely a considered purchase.

Hey, thanks for asking - the hardcovers aren't printed by Amazon, and are 105 gsm. It has less coating on it than the Amazon colour printed paper range (well, at least the Australian Amazon printed paper that we use for the Bunyip Tree books that I know!) I've enjoyed using the paper for the Derwent Inktense watercolour pencils. Maybe consider buying the next book as a test? Mid November isn't too far away?

@@rjhampson Hi Russell, yes, that's what I'm planning on doing. Definitely interested in better paper for pencils! (Not necessarily watercolour though!)

How does the hardback paper feel compared to the paperback paper?

Its noticeably thicker - if we hadn't used the music you would have heard the difference as I flipped through the books! Not a true watercolor paper, but takes my Derwent Inktense well. I also like that everyone is getting 105 gsm, not a range of paper quality as happens now.

@@rjhampson That sounds great! I have the paperback for now. I’ll put the hardback on my Christmas list! Thx!
