I bought Mouj Jubilee XXVI but it had a weird scent profile but in saying this, Amouage has some unique fragrances that are definitely niche and avant- garde. I actually returned Mouj XXVI and bought Taxco instead along with Oud Woody.
My man, I just copped Taxco from Marshalls in the men's section. Banger it is indeed. The quality of the scent profile is the real aim. I too will take an A1 dupe any day!
I have rochas moustache, the Tux and just smelled Tuxedo at Nieman and I gotta say I did not find Taxco to smell at all like Tuxedo and The Tux and Moustache were far closer. there were 5 bottles of Taxco. I left all of them there cause I just do not feel like it smells like Tuxedo. And i smelled 3 of the bottles. Maybe they all spoiled or something but i wasn't feeling it.
Wow, if you have Rochas Moustache and The Tux, why even bother with Taxco? It’s kind of redundant. I would think Rochas Moustache and The Tux would have better sillage and longevity. In my case, since I just bought Taxco at only $15, I just may bump up to better quality and better performing if Taxco doesn’t live up to my expectations. How does Rochas Moustache perform? Do you have the EDT or the EDP?
Ran across taxco last week out hunting for desert oud..i have tux..suits..an a decant of tuxedo..surprisingly i prefer Taxco..the spiceiness is a lot more tone down..and the rose not is slightly more pronounced..but not to much..and cant not mention the amazing atomizer on Taxco..sprays like an aerosol can..lol
