The mana orbs only trigger the goobert on reaching the 30 Mana, not when they gain mana, as the proc is not an activation of the mana orb
This is easily checked at the fight around 24:30 on the left goobert which only has two foods activating him.
people said the intro was annoying so he put a curse on it to freeze everybody in fear

21:00 The Mana Orbs aren't triggering the Gooberts. The Orbs are being triggered BY the Gooberts, just not adding to the Goobert activations themselves. Which is very unfortunate.

exactly i wanna to write same stuff it could do it at the first patch when they add random buffs to mana orb also its miss leading couse they have star but its only count when they use mana for random buffs they also repair mana shield couse they was triggering when block and when add mana so they was super nice trigger for gubert when combo with wamp armor

@@user-us7xd1nb5m Orbs trigger Guberts Only when they give u random buff so nearly never if u dont belife us watch closely, they are one of the worst trigger for Guberts couse they dont pop on the start and pop 0 or 1 for entire round . To be precize if u wanna se it clearly watch Gub did they are charging when orbs are lightning (giving mana, they are activating when they are poping like evrything in this game)
If he put Falcon Blade between gooberts (at bottom star, pointing down) the procing would be so much better.
@@noskes1 yeah he should have put burning banner in the top spot, draconic orb in the middle, and falcon blade at the bottom. Although to be fair, I think a burning blade (or burning sword) would have been better than falcon.

I was not watching the Backpack Battles till now.. just tried one..
And now in 4-5 days I binge watched over 20 videos of you, bought the game and have over 50 hour game play.
On the bright side there was a lot of stuff over-thinking wouldn't help that I couldn't get off my mind (hopefully not major but several minor health issues of loved ones), and this helped me to get away from it for a while :) Cheers man.
Just to let everyone know... putting the banner on 2 haste packs and 6 gloves with bloodthorn or vamp blade is pretty OP as long as you don't get burst in the first 5 seconds

Correct. Mana orbs on a Goobert star is a waste of a star slot. The sword and banner (or crown) should go between the two gooberts with the orbs in the corners.

You could win some of those early fights if you just buy any wapon to take advantage of hero sword damage boost.
I hope at some point they add an item that forces a combination right away. Would make things a lot more fun. Also a mode that you get full default backpack around your archetype and you can just play more freely.

To me it looks like the mana orbs are not activating the king goobert. Last fight in slow motion shows often +1 mana, but the progress of the goberts stand still. The right one is only progressing when the banner, the chilli and the dragon orb prog. Left one is even easier to check with only two items hitting it.
36:23 buuuuuut siffffffd why you keep box of riches but sell flames?… also why not socket the sapphire in crown to get shield still… also why falcon blade not between both goobets like you said you were gonna do? Why do Fanny packs have nothing but flames in it? Minmax=fail lol

@@Foatizenknechtl No, they don't. You can clearly see throughout the entire run that the mana orbs gaining mana doesn't increase the goobert's counter. It's only when mana hits 30 that a single orb activates. Once.

Editing is so common nowadays these glitches looks deliberate for memes.
Day 5 of asking Sifd to do the mana buff bomb with as many darkest lotus cards as possible with a Falcon blade on the side with a single mana orb
I love it when you play this game!
I think sun spear, fire staff and/or flaming sword with happy flame make more sense for this build, no? though banner works too I guess, a hearth would cover it decently. Falcon blade seems tedious to get for little reward, getting 2 weapons would have saved a lot off life too..

I think it's superior, but I can see the argument against. Yeah it's 2 flames and 3 cleanse, but that's after 5 seconds. In a lot of matches, that's over half the round.

Try this build:
Goobert King and 6 Falcon blades
The idea is to overheal any damage.
Blades are stacking their speed and have double activations. So, it should heel 50 HP every second from the start of a battle.
Blueberries for mana gain. Falcon blades give them 30% activation speed.
And the Dragon Orb also suits the build.
I know, it may be impossible to roll, but the idea should work.
Ah, yes, the casual 6 Falcon run, lol.
@@spacemonkeyentertainment6413 A mere 12 whetstones AND 12 gloves. Even if you get this lucky it is still a fair amount of turns for combining and 3 for king goobert along the way.

16:11 mana orbs only trigger Goobert at 30 mana. When they gain mana, they don't trigger Goobert. You're better off putting other things in those spots.

@@Hotgreentea-kq1th it's literally not, and you can see it in the video. When the orbs gain mana, Goobert does nothing. When an orb consumes 30 mana to gain buffs, Goobert gains 1 tick from whichever orb granted the buffs. So orbs next to Goobert do nothing as far as triggering the Goobert until you hit 30 mana.
