I really appreciate this video. The music did make it hard for me to hear Romero though ngl 😢

Hey, I’m a guy and I love to hear hitters talk; boy or girl! I’m a coach that teaches both! I wish I had someone like this to work with me when I was young in the late 60s, early 70s!

Found your stuff the other day. Really good. Also, great job upping the game with the personal mics now

Sorry but audio is horrible . Musics too loud and can barely hear y’all talk.

Came here to learn not for basic tunes and outside noise….still good stuff, not trying to talk smack on this good knowledge at all, but everything or more loud than what y’all are saying

Mindset is everything. Nice work at the method. Game rewards the grind.

Weight shouldn't be over the front leg on contact. Turn the barrel and snap. Rotate around the back leg and hit behind the ball.

I use a similar concept with my players. I remind them that when a car decelerates, everyone in it stays put as power dissipates. That’s what happens with a weak front foot, which allows you to drift forward. You want the car to stop instantly, so everything in it, wants to fly forward. That energy must by transferred up through the body(hip turn, leg turn, hands) into the barrel of the bat.
