I hacked my website with one command - hping3 tutorial

In this video I’m going to show you how to a Denial of service (DoS) attack works. There are multiple types of DoS attacks. We are going to focus on SYN-Flood attacks and Smurf DoS attacks.
I have launched those attacks on my own web server which I host myself on my computer.
Educational purposes ONLY!

I used the TCP syn DOS attack using my ubuntu vm (version 16.0.4) and since then my connection has gone out on my vm , I'm new to ubuntu btw

Yes but you can use the owasp juice shop: owasp.org/www-project-juice-shop/
Host it on a VM on your computer and give the VM a bridged adapter so it will have a local IP on your router.
