Nadine - it is so refreshing to see someone who doesn't need to spend hours putting on their everyday makeup. You keep it so simple but get amazing results. You truly are one of the if not the best beauty gurus on here. I am so happy I discovered your channel a few months ago. Have tried so many of your recommendations and have not been disappointed yet.
It is so refreshing to see someone put on makeup that is over 25. Now I can see how the foundation works with lines and pores and all the things that make aging fun.
You're are GORGEOUS. I saw you posted and I needed to go grocery shopping but I was like, "Oh yeah, it's Nadine!" Groceries can wait...I have two back-ups of the Beauty Pie powder. I love it under my eyes. I also use their contour wand every single day. Their cheek balm is amazing. I just love Beauty Pie. I had to cancel my service for a while due to finances but I stocked upon my must-haves before canceling. I will really miss their balm cleanser. That thing is amazing and I just ran out:(
I'm so glad I found your channel. I love thing in this video is how you said the cheek makeup is "super subtle, super grown up." That's been the most frustrating part about searching through makeup tutorials-- they're not made for us women over 50. Thank you for this lovely episode! ps- you are naturally beautiful and don't even need makeup.
You looks wonderful without or with make up. Lovely on your brown eyes. I have CT Rock Chick but for some reason with my blue eyes, it almost looks blue at times. Lovely!
You would absolutely love Loreal Glam Beige foundation in the tube...thin serumy consistently which dries to a matte finish and weightless. I love it!! No creasing not heavy and light to med coverage x
Nadine, you MUST try IT Cosmetics’s tightline mascara!!! So much easier than traditional tightlining. It comes in a waterproof version, as well. It’s a holy grail product for me.
I’ve heard you say ‘sallow skin’ about 20 times since I found your channel which is music to my ears. I’m getting the Nars blushers ASAP because I have sallow skin and your coloring. Thank you.
Anybody remember Estée Lauder’s Invisible fluid foundation? I love that stuff so light and perfect coverage. I don’t understand why it was discontinued. I was able to buy two from eBay but that might be it.
Alcohol will dry the skin further I’d only ever recommend alcohol based products for super oily skin. For dry skin it’s best to use a hydrating foundation
Hey Nadine. When you tight line does it ever transfer to your bottom waterline? I love a tight line look but can never seem to find a liner that won’t transfer 🤔 xx
Julie Chapman thanks for letting me know, and I’m glad it works for you! I’m so surprised other companies haven’t thought to make a tightline mascara. It’s a no brainer.
Nadine that is a beautiful serum foundation on you! I too love serum foundation and have been using Younique but I’m still shopping for a possible alternative
Not so slap dash! U look absolutely gorgeous. Baggors u have to try the Beauty Pie eyeliner pencils, the Ultra colour pro gel eyeliner and the Fantastikohl smudgy eye colour, thinking of it u may have tried them!. Love that lippie from Beauty Pie. Great video, thank u xx
Arghhh !! I just wish I could look great in eye makeup !! I’m hopeless at blending - so I stick to just a swatch of colour on the lid and mascara ! Your eye makeup looks amazing on your dark coloured eyes - unsure it would suit my paler green eyes ?? I’ also feel I would poke an eyeball out if I tried to tight line 🤣 Great vid as always xxxxx
I like a demi-matte foundation but I have to set it this time of year otherwise it disappears by lunchtime. The Benefit foundation looks like Chanel Aqua Vitalumiere. I have just discovered Bourjois Happy Skin foundation, brilliant dupe for Chanel. Don't know how anyone over 30 can use the Benefit concealer, it's so drying it makes me look really old and no amount of eye cream can improve the look of it
Hi Nadine. Can you suggest a basic vit c serum/cream for my 70+ year old mother. She has a bit of rosacea across cheks and nose. Or do you think a gentle retinol would be better? All she has ever done is wash her face and moisturise. Thank you
A Brecknell take care with rosacea as it can flare up with vitamin c x a Retinol would be better introduced slowly and I like the Paulas Choice 1% Retinol Resist x
Can I say you have lovely skin...I have begun using Retin-A but I know I need to be patient and I am battling fine lines and wrinkles especially around my mouth which I hate
It irks me that Max Factor is no longer in U.S. stores. It was always a great line of cosmetics. I don't like mail ordering makeup because I don't know how old it is, especially lipstick & mascara. I wore many lipstick colors and their 2000 Calorie mascara was top shelf. :(
Nadine. I need some advice that is essential to me being able to enjoy playing with my makeup. I am a 60 year old lady who up till the start of summer never had much of a problem with makeup around my eyes. This year WOW my eyes are watering so so much. Not so much from the corners of my eyes but my upper eyelids themselves. The tops of the lids water! I wear eyeshadow and skincare (that hasn't up until this summer caused any problems at all! I have not changed anything. But i don't know it is like whatever is causing my upper lids to water actually breaks through the shadow on top and causes my makeup to smudge and cause some measure of irritation and my eyes water as i said and they water down my cheeks and makes a hell of a mess. Can you suggest something that i can put on my lids to help slow down the fluid breaking through my shadow? Thank you. I am a very big fan of your x
Have you tried the beauty pie healthy skin foundation? I’m new to that brand and finding there product range confusing although I love the foundation and the powder you mentioned x
Thank you for this. The foundation sounds lovely for a dry-ish skin (??) but you didn't say what coverage it gives. I have broken capillaries on my cheeks, is it buildable for suitable coverage please ?
I am 45 and I have been watching your TH-cam channel since it was recommended by Pixiwoo a long while back. I am a diehard Chanel Vitalumiere fan for years, and I was wondering if the Benefit Happy is the same consistency. I am a ginger, so my skin is fair and sensitive as well. Thank you for your real experiences with makeup and skincare! Another question, what would you use to calm the redness associated with a prescription Retin-A? Thanks
Not related to this vid, but can the Philips Lumea be used on pigmentation marks, I'm thinking this because of the technology used in this hair removal device. P.S keep up the great work.
You look great. Since reaching over 46 I just look terrible with a full face of makeup. A bit like a villain in an amateur dramatic production 😕. What am I doing wrong?
Great tutorial. I don't see the double-ended brush you used for foundation and concealer in the description. I replayed the relevant part of the video and don't think you said it either. Perhaps it's no longer available.
Carol Melancon It is IT cosmetics heavenly luxe complection perfection brush. www.selfridges.com/DE/en/cat/it-cosmetics-heavenly-luxe-complexion-perfection-brush_1046-84010339-HLF01/
Ronniechops Nadine did a video about her beautiful hands recently. Obviously she is already blessed with lovely long slim fingers, but the condition of the skin on her hands is basically down to all the years of rubbing the excess facial products into her hands. Check back for the video. It was in the last few months. x
Ronniechops Hot and Flashy (Angie) did a video about hand fillers. Nadine was likely blessed with good genes and consistently applying sunscreen unless she has fillers, as well.
Huh! But you always say you wear mineral foundation. This is supposed to be what you do everyday. And yet you're wearing something you don't usually because it's sponsored. 🤔
Nina valentine see above x I stopped wearing mineral make up when I discovered a Hourglass and IT Cosmetics about eighteen months ago x also the new generation serum foundations are super lightweight
Your routine is a lot like mine, I love using light foundations like that too, I like the Estee double wear water fresh one as well, I feel that gives that same serum like almost nothing on your skin feel but with a light coverage. As for eyes, yep we're twins haha! I need to check out that beauty pie range, do they ship to the Netherlands?
hi Nadine ..not linked to this video but can you recommend any products specifically for blackheads as I am struggling with these at present over the nose cheeks and chin. I cleanse with the elemis resurfacing range cleaner , tone with a balancing lavender elemis or alternate with glycolic toner , clarins hydra moisturiser and then clarins spf . on a night i cleanse and tone then alternate between ordinary salicylic thin layer on skin one night then indeed retinol then ordinary vit c. I use a flannel and want to avoid harsh scrubs but just don't feel like I am getting the pores clear enough at present

You're the most honest and trustworthy beautician on TH-cam for me
Gorgeous Nadine & so quick & easy.
Refreshing, realistic voice on the TH-cam beauty world!
Gorgeous look Nadine, suits you so well. Plus I love how down to earth you are!
You are simply gorgeous: inside and out. Thank you for having this channel.

I love your hand jewellery. I've been trying to find a simple beautiful piece like this!
You looks wonderful without or with make up. Lovely on your brown eyes. I have CT Rock Chick but for some reason with my blue eyes, it almost looks blue at times. Lovely!
I tried you technique of setting eyeliner w/eyeshadow on my upper lids and it is great! Thanks for the tip
You are just so pretty with and without makeup...thanks for this vid xx
Loved this video! Thanks Nadine & by the way, that's exactly how I tightline - have done it for years. Keep up the great work xxx
Wow! So quick! So lovely!
You would absolutely love Loreal Glam Beige foundation in the tube...thin serumy consistently which dries to a matte finish and weightless. I love it!! No creasing not heavy and light to med coverage x
So polished, lovely
Ohhh and i just bloody love you , never leave u tube plzzz we need the real secrets xxx
Nadine, you MUST try IT Cosmetics’s tightline mascara!!! So much easier than traditional tightlining. It comes in a waterproof version, as well. It’s a holy grail product for me.

Love your videos. Watching from Canada.
Beautiful. Always so inspired by you and learn so much. Thank you ❤️
WoW! So, SO Helpful!. Thank-you Nadine Claire in Canada
I adore this - real woman, real skin, simple techniques. Do you ever recommend using white on the waterline? For stage or screenwork? Thank you!
Unbelievably fast the way u did your liner nadine!! I’m struggling to find “my” way, thx great video!! Xx
I’ve heard you say ‘sallow skin’ about 20 times since I found your channel which is music to my ears. I’m getting the Nars blushers ASAP because I have sallow skin and your coloring. Thank you.
I love the blush combo 😍 must try as well 🤗
Omgosh! Gorgeous even without makeup! 😘🤩
Thank you for the blushing tip! Genius! I love all you share with us. Thank you from Boston, MA.
Anybody remember Estée Lauder’s Invisible fluid foundation? I love that stuff so light and perfect coverage. I don’t understand why it was discontinued. I was able to buy two from eBay but that might be it.
How do you feel about the benefit foundation having alcohol as one of first 3 ingredients? I’m 52 with dry skin. Should I avoid the alcohol? Thanks!
Alcohol will dry the skin further I’d only ever recommend alcohol based products for super oily skin. For dry skin it’s best to use a hydrating foundation
Nadine you have the most beautiful skin!!!!! oxo
Hi Nadine, I love your channel, what brush did you use to apply foundation and concealer?
Gonna try this foundation as looks amazing on you i also like a serum foundation and this looks so good 💕💕
Hey Nadine. When you tight line does it ever transfer to your bottom waterline? I love a tight line look but can never seem to find a liner that won’t transfer 🤔 xx
Julie Chapman try IT Cosmetics’s tightline mascara. It comes in a waterproof version.
Heather Elzinga hi there. Ordered and received. Wow what a difference. Thank you for the tip honey xxx
Julie Chapman thanks for letting me know, and I’m glad it works for you! I’m so surprised other companies haven’t thought to make a tightline mascara. It’s a no brainer.

Great video, thank u xx
Hi Nadine what do you think about setting sprays and which ones are best? Thanks again for a brilliant video x
Hi Nadine, it looks like the Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua packaging wise. And as you describe it as well. How would you compare the two ? Thanks !
Stephanie Carlisi yep very similar to be honest x this is a bit more soft focus
Thank you very much !
The Chanel product is not good for dry skin (sadly - but I also never wear scent so I can live with loss).
Arghhh !! I just wish I could look great in eye makeup !! I’m hopeless at blending - so I stick to just a swatch of colour on the lid and mascara !
Your eye makeup looks amazing on your dark coloured eyes - unsure it would suit my paler green eyes ??
I’ also feel I would poke an eyeball out if I tried to tight line 🤣
Great vid as always xxxxx
I like a demi-matte foundation but I have to set it this time of year otherwise it disappears by lunchtime.

Wanting to know...what is your nail polish colour? I love it.
Hi Nadine,
Could you please share where did you get your bracelet on your left hand please the chain one🤔😍
How did you prep your skin before make up please? Products used? You had no pilling at all so would love to know skin care and primer. Thank you 😊
Eyebrows look great!
Uh Huh yes I’m just about almost happy with them x it’s been two months
Nadine Baggott I need to find the eyebrow video!
Love it!!Thank you Nadine🤗🤗~Lily

I would love to try the Benefit Happy foundation but it has alcohol denaturant.
So please Jo Good @middlesgeminx introduced me to you and your vlog
The time you were both in Boots was hilarious!!
You are both so funny!

Max Factor is CoverGirl in the US, I believe!
I love the less is more look. Period :)
This was fantastic. No brows, though?
Did you do your brows before the video or did I miss that? Or maybe you have them micro bladed?

Free soul was a limited edition and is no longer available 😮 do you have a dupe?
Hi Nadine, just wanted to ask if you still favour Epionce products ?
You are fabulous!
What face brush do you use? It’s not in the description.
Does this need a primer, plus is it any good for oily mature skin? 😊
Very beautiful!
My type of make up Nadine.
oh love all those
Nicola Hoult it’s from a company called Jacqui Aiche x

Oh my goodness 40€ for that IT brush ☹️☹️
It does look like the It Cosmetics brush. I am saving for it as it is £35 in Boots. 😁
It looks like the IT cosmetics foundation/concealer complexion brush. I think you can get it from boots. XxX
Does this foundation looks like the Chanel Velvet? It looks like on the camera. Just discovered you. I like.
HOW do you have the most beautiful hands I have ever seen? What do you do to them??
