Hey Nicole! ! I have been watching you for years and saw your interest in a chemical peel! I am a medical esthetician currently working for a Dermatologist here in Louisiana. I do chemical peels frequently on clients. The Vi Peel is amazing! It contains a chemical called Phenol which helps to numb the skin when the peel is applied. The peel also helps with fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, Melasma, Acne, and just overall texture of the skin. We typically will recommend a series of treatments but you will see some results with just one. just about every patient that has had a vi peel cannot believe how minimal the pain is. usually the biggest complaint is itching when the peeling starts around 3 days after the peel is applied. Another treatment we also recommend when pore size is a concern is Microneedling. Hope my info helped guide you in the right direction!

Nicole- try Microneedling. It resurfaces your skins texture and diminishes pores. I've had 8 sessions now and my pores have vanished ! Only down time is the first day of getting it. Next day you can wake up and wear makeup :) xox

I believe it cost 300-350 per session but is cheaper if your spa offers a package :) you get your whole face numbed with a topical so it doesn't hurt just feels a little uncomfortable. Almost like someone is plucking a hair off your eyebrow. Lol. I was beaming red and swollen after my first one but I woke up the next day completely fine. If anything on the more dry side. So extra moisturizing and drinking lots of water helps. I just love that there isn't any down time and it's just as effective as a chemical peel in my eyes :) you ladies should def check it out. If you struggle with large pores/oil/scarring/acne pigmentation than definitely try it! It's not good for active acne though. But def helps with everything else and just overall appearance of the skin. Xo

My skin peeled for about a week, starting on day 3 after the peel, after that it looked baby butt smooth for several months! There are different levels of intensity for peels too, so if you're intimidated you can start out by trying a less intense one :)

I've had a chemical peel before and I promise it wasn't that bad. Obviously the stronger you get, the more peeling you will have. I got one that was maybe medium to high strength and I definitely peeled but I didn't need to stay home. It was more like dry flaky skin that was easily corrected by a heavy moisturizer (one with simple ingredients) I used cetaphil. If the peeling is really bad you can GENTLY rub a little off with a wash cloth if you have to. That was my person experience :) also as an FYI I have sensitive, acne prone, oily skin.

Hey Nicole girl, I had my first chemical peel done 3 days ago at my dermatologists office to get rid of my acne scars and hyper-pigmentation and I absolutely am in love with everything about it. I love the peeling and the new skin underneath is soooooo soft. They use SkinMedica at the office I go to and I had the lowest strength Vitalize peel. They recommend starting low to see and your skin reacts and then intensifying the strength on the next peels. I highly recommend getting this peel, there is nothing to be afraid of. Love ya Girl!

I've had a chemical peel! I had a tier 2 peel! Which from what I know there are 3 tiers! Tier 1 is progressive (a light peel) tier 2 is a medium to deep and tier 3 is a deep peel! The tier 2 was awesome! My skin is combo/oily and very acne prone and I scar easily! I'm a light to medium skin tone with olive and gold undertones! So the scarring was getting out of hand! The peel was left on my face for about 15 minutes (burned like crazy) and basically over a few days my skin got really tight and scabbed up in a way! Then a few days later it finally peeled off over a few days! Now my skin is really glowy and scars are lifted and all my cysts that I had are gone! I highly suggest it! I went to a spa that uses Rhonda Allison

I do chemical peels all the time and I can't say I have had any bad experiences. Usually I will shed a couple days after but it's not that bad. You should really look into medical grade skin care. I use glytone 15% glycolic acid cream every morning and at night skin medica retinol 0.5%. You can increase the strength as your skin gets used to it. Between the two of them not only does it continuously exfoliate your skin but decreases pore size and texture and increases firmness. I find I only need a chemical peel once every two months because the products work amazing. Premier look is a great site to order from as well as skin store and Dermstore.
Do the chemical peel girl! When I used to get them I didnt peel that bad it just kinda looked like when you're dry and your skin looks a little flakey. But I think they're worth it and the pain is super tolerable!!

Chemical peels are life! They changed my skin so much. I also had larger pores, but pores no more since I've started getting the peels and I've only ever had 3! And the amount you peel afterwards really depends on your skin specifically. I never had the insane peeling experience. Only mild peeling so it was totally worth it to me 😊 do it girl! Worth a try!

chemical peels have honestly changed my life, i used to be so incredibly insecure but now im so confident without any makeup on and i owe it all to my dermatologist !!!!
I've been getting chemical peels for about a month now and I'm obsessed. They start you out with really mild peels and they progressively get stronger but you don't always peel worse each time because you have already started to shed that outer layer so there is less to peel if that makes sense. You can get good results without having to do the really strong ones that keep you at home for a week. I get mine done on a Friday and peel over the weekend so I'm usually back to normal by Tuesday and the peeling I've experienced so far is very mild. It's really helped my skin!! Xx

I've had a chemical peel! I had a tier 2 peel! Which from what I know there are 3 tiers! Tier 1 is progressive (a light peel) tier 2 is a medium to deep and tier 3 is a deep peel! The tier 2 was awesome! My skin is combo/oily and very acne prone and I scar easily! I'm a light to medium skin tone with olive and gold undertones! So the scarring was getting out of hand! The peel was left on my face for about 15 minutes (burned like crazy) and basically over a few days my skin got really tight and scabbed up in a way! Then a few days later it finally peeled off over a few days! Now my skin is really glowy and scars are lifted and all my cysts that I had are gone! I highly suggest it! I went to a spa that uses Rhonda Allison

I do chemical peels all the time and I can't say I have had any bad experiences. Usually I will shed a couple days after but it's not that bad. You should really look into medical grade skin care. I use glytone 15% glycolic acid cream every morning and at night skin medica retinol 0.5%. You can increase the strength as your skin gets used to it. Between the two of them not only does it continuously exfoliate your skin but decreases pore size and texture and increases firmness. I find I only need a chemical peel once every two months because the products work amazing. Premier look is a great site to order from as well as skin store and Dermstore.
You can post one video a year and I'll still love you to death!! You are so awesome and so incredibly beautiful inside and out 💚💚💚

Do the chemical peel girl! When I used to get them I didnt peel that bad it just kinda looked like when you're dry and your skin looks a little flakey. But I think they're worth it and the pain is super tolerable!!

I love chemical peels! My acne scars have been fading and my pores look smaller :)
It helped with my acne and faded some of my scarring too. This was 2 years ago and I'm thinking of getting another one soon to get rid of more scars !

Chemical peels are life! They changed my skin so much. I also had larger pores, but pores no more since I've started getting the peels and I've only ever had 3! And the amount you peel afterwards really depends on your skin specifically. I never had the insane peeling experience. Only mild peeling so it was totally worth it to me 😊 do it girl! Worth a try!

You will NOT regret getting a chemical peel as long as it's medical grade. After that, switch to micro needling, me on my 3rd treatment and my face is gorgeous and pores are almost gone!!!!

I've been getting chemical peels for about a month now and I'm obsessed. They start you out with really mild peels and they progressively get stronger but you don't always peel worse each time because you have already started to shed that outer layer so there is less to peel if that makes sense. You can get good results without having to do the really strong ones that keep you at home for a week. I get mine done on a Friday and peel over the weekend so I'm usually back to normal by Tuesday and the peeling I've experienced so far is very mild. It's really helped my skin!! Xx
