    it was unreleased. not from 2008. they recorded this I think in 96' it was supposed to drop with that song "Didnt mean to turn you on."

      +Joseph Estores it was recorded from 92 to 94... supposed to be released in 94... with Didn't mean to turn you on to be the lead single to promote the album... basically why it was on Above the Rim for radio air play.....

    this album was definitely Quik shifting from the 80's poplock beats to that P-Funk sound he trademarked on Safe & Sound
