I love seeing his guide saying “GO DAVID GO DAVID GO DAVID” what an awesome human being
So touching
LOVE JEROME AVERY
Yesssssss!!!! I just commented on that!!;
He also lets up at the last second so that David can cross the finish line first
Made me cry
I love David brown's guide. he keeps David hyped and he doesn't take away David's shine. He makes sure that he makes it all about David. That's a blessing.
We need to give proprs to the guides too
@@yasminvillanueva3141 if you read what I wrote, then you would have seen that I was talking about the guide
" You don't need sight to have a vision " 😭
Wow u said a mouth full!
😭😭😭😭😭deep
Powerful and that's the truth
When you have a guide/hype man like Jerome Avery, you can only perform at a high level - David Brown. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
For real
Amazing how the guides dedicate themselves to make the blind athletes shine.
David's guide, Jerome is meant to be a guide 💗 I love his energy
This is beyond amazing. And here we are complaining about BS life challenges. Just look at these inspiring humans.
Let's not forget about the Guides. Wow
WE aren't complaining.
@@breram2005 brah people and just speculating. 🤦🏾♀️
Love how he puts his hands up in victory then quickly points to David
First year watch Paralympics. This race actually had me crying. U see his guide yelling "Go David, go David, go David...". Just inspiring and amazing!!
This is the first time I've watched it and I shed a tear. it's really moving
Saw the short of this, had to come see the full race. Incredible. I love that at the end the guide slows down for the last meter of the race, so that David would cross the finish line first. Need more moments like this shared on social media
The guide can’t cross first
Same here!
This is the first time ever me seen something like this. This is amazing much respect to the athletes as we sometimes take our health for granted. And respect to the people that lead this amazing athletes respect
✊🏽 💯 🏃♂️ 🔥 💨
Same! Humans are incredible. I couldn't imagine what it must be like to be a guide too. So much hard work to be so selfless and promote another man's dream, and you can see it's more than that, not only does he want him to win, but you can see he wants other people to appreciate the athlete he's guiding and his greatness. So cool
"You don't need sight to have a vision," she said. That's powerful.
I'm seeing a lot of hype for Jerome Avery - which he absolutely deserves, he did an amazing job - but David Brown did an equally fantastic job and this is his event. As a visually impaired person who's getting into running, I can imagine the amount of dedication, hard work, and training David Brown must have put in is staggering and shouldn't be minimized as simply "inspiring." Guy is incredible and they're a fantastic team
You're right, UT takes a lot more from David to trust that he can run his best race and not see the track... a whole lot of faith and discipline.
The guides ❤️ this warms my soul
Right? They are the kind of people we all need to be
There guides are amazing people also!! And also amazing athletes
I can't stop crying! This is just like Jesus and us. So grateful for these beautiful souls bound in trust
this is nothing like religion, but go off I guess
Why make this about about religion
Exactly this is about trust and the ability to perform no matter the circumstance nothing to do about religion. I'm here from tiktok and I can't stop crying either. Blessings
How is this getting recognition till now???
Tiktok is how, this is truly amazing I tell you! ❤️
Now why did I just tear a lil😭🙌🏽
David's guide slowed down at the last minute to ensure he crossed the line first. That is a beautiful human being 😭
I believe the guide cannot cross before their runner.
I thought the same thing, but during the replay, the commentator stated that the athlete must cross the line, before their guide. Still a beautiful human being though. Still incredibly humbling and inspirational, to witness these extraordinary people ( the athletes and the guides )
Congratulations all athletes
Namibia did an incredible job. Started last but built up
This is the wholesome content we love to see
It's amazing that these runners are practically blind. Heard another paralympian explain the grades. T11 is legally blind, T12 is a bit better up to T14 which has only 10-15% vision I think! Insane
Congrats to all this guy's and thier guides the love is real I love it with all my heart
That was amazing! I had never seen it. They need a lot of coordination which means tons of training. Yet they manage 11 or so seconds which is a great time under those conditions. I can bet that in time they will manage to lower it to 10s mark. Kudos to them and the Olympic committee for putting this together
Every aspect of this is amazing!
This is beautiful to watch!!!!
Wow !! What an inspirational view, no sight but run for glory, the guide runner just push themselves to make glory for athletes. 💜
Amazing, beautiful stuff!!!
Weeping 😭😭😭. I’m so inspired.
Nah fr this some wholesome content. No matter the disability their drive to compete hits me right in the feels. That’s what life is all about, overcoming those setbacks no matter what and making the most out of opportunities presented before you. Love to see it.
That was beautiful to watch
AMAZING IM JUST FINDING THIS EXISTS 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Witnessing things like this makes my heart warms
Namibia doing me proud 🖤🤝👏
A guide and a hype man. Gotta love it!
Simply Beautiful
This is amazing to see
Respect
Man this is so inspiring to me❤
I cried 😭😭😭 all of them got first place in my heart
This is ABSOLUTELY amazing! All you need to know about life is showcased right there.
Man these guys are fast.... The guides too..... Waiting for Paralympics 2020 to start.
That’s freaking amazing! That is sooooo incredible!
They need to make a movie out of this
I really wonder what’s going through his mind and what he pictures
He can’t picture anything .. because he’s never seen anything
@@mikeylg041 which is why I’m curious what goes through his mind…
@@mikeylg041 he went completely blind at age 13, he has seen things in his earlier life
@@mikeylg041 and this is what you call ignorance ppl. Stay off the internet
People with disabilities have extraordinary focus
Not me crying over this 😭.. What a sport. I can't believe I'm only now seeing this! Amazing!
So delightfully beautiful to watch. Blessings to all.
This gives Me chills, love seeing this race..& his guide cheering him on..
GO DAVID, GO DAVID, GO DAVID 🗣

Son increíbles los atletas y los guías. 👏👏👏👏
Proof that there are still human beings in this world ❤❤❤❤
The Olympics games are amazing...👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
his guide loves him ❤
These men are super!!!!! All of them must be great leaders period.
This is the first time I've watched it and I shed a tear. it's really moving
Namibia stand up for your own!!! Beautiful stuff

I’m here from tiktok

Proudly Namibian 🥳🥳🥳
BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEINGS IS DAVID SINGLE?LOL GOD BLESS THEM THO.SIGH N HERE WE ARE WITH EVERYTHING INTACT N BEHAVING LIKE ITS THE END OF THE WORLD
awesome video....what's the name of the ending song?
Imagine moving that fast in the dark.
That was a really great start... how did he end up in 3rd... He really slows down a lot.
Go david go david go david 😭😭😳
Best guide ever.. Has a massive heart along with his massive 👀👀👀
What was their time?
Dang!
Nunca había visto estas carreras paralímpicas, mi pregunta es si para correr tienen que ser ciegos? Una persona que le falte una mano o dos, pero tenga buena vista, no puede correr con ellos?
He really running with that cap on ...
David’s biggest fan is Jerome and that is why they are champions.
En todo el tiempo que corrió le estuvo hablando, no?
Bruh I can see and still run into things
What if the guide can’t keep the speed ? 🤣😆😅
They wouldn't be guides then.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️
What are the guides saying to the runners whilst running?
I’m here from a tik tok I saw of David Brown & his guide in slow motion. You could tell his guide was saying “GO DAVID, GO DAVID, GO DAVID!”’ to him
@@inasiaimani I'm coming from that same tik tok lol
@@inasiaimani Sama had to come see the whole video
I'm here from Instagram...
Telling me when to exit the drive phase, when to dip etc
The guide needs to try track because he can run
He probably used to…but I’m guessing he isn’t quite good enough to compete professionally in the able bodied competition
God is amazing and knows what he's doing with his creation
who the hell downvoted?
