They have a school, auditorium, cottages, a hospital everything was in one spot on those grounds because they lived there, obviously. They never went to stores or anything because they grew their own food, etc....Very neat place to explore. Nothing but mountains around the whole place.

Not true. There are several states that have towns named Detriot. Kansas for instance which known for its cornfields. Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Minnesota, and Maine all have towns named Detriot. Assuming they meant Detriot, MI shows ignorance.
