Adams is a beast that can play everything in the back to the box.
Barron and Elam was never this type of safety. Both were traditional box safety and the NFL changed so fast, those two boys couldn't keep up. Barron is living being a pretty good hybrid OLB. While Elam smoked his way out this year. Could never stayed healthy and stupid enough to smoke his career probably to an end.
Chuck Lee... if they wanna know the difference look at his arms, watching him last 3 yrs he literally never been blocked... He comes of blockers better than 95% of NFL Defensive Ends + those safeties never had instinct like Jamaal Adam's... He has something u can't teach so he should be easily top 3... Only person I've seen make him look humble is Leonard Fournette, they go at it in practice...

Hands down the best "Football" player in this draft. If anybody who has played the game on the high school, collegiate, or professional level, they will know and concede with me. I have not seen a safety or defender this gotdamn fundamentally sound coming out of a draft, with sheer athleticism like this before in my life. His technique is fucking crazy, u can tell he watches and study film, open field tackling is impeccable, and has great field awareness. The NY Jets and Todd Bowles got a game changer.

He'll be there at 6 for the Jets. We desperately need to fix the secondary and this kid is phenomenal. Awesome tackler, great instinct for the ball, hard hitter. Steal at 6.

im from baltimore and had the pleasure of watching ray lewis play his whole career and this guy reminds me a little of him. not as strong or as hard of a hitter but definitely has the football iq passion leadership and field awareness just like him. jets got lucky with this one

Adams’ closing speed on tackles is some of the best I’ve ever seen. He’s extremely smart and can read plays as fast as even some of the best and smartest safeties in the NFL today. The only problem I’ve seen with him is he isn’t very good as catching the ball. But when your coverage abilities are so good like him, you don’t NEED to intercept every ball that comes your way. He’s a complete safety that does it all. Future star
there are some players that even though your team is set with the talent you still wish they could draft and as an Eagles fan, our safeties are great but boy do I wish we could draft this guy. Going to be a stud in the NFL.

Dwayne Ballard if Johnathan Allen is already picked up, then this guy is my second choice. Could really solidify our need in the secondary as a whole.
George Mirza Bears haven't had any luck finding a safety in the middle rounds. A lot easier to find good defensive lineman than good safeties. I say take him at 3. People have compared him to Troy Polamalu, Eric Berry, and the late Sean Taylor. He was said to be the leader of that defense. He is everything you want in a Chicago Bear defensive player.
Dwayne Ballard we should trade down a pick or two and pick him or Hooker up, get some more picks, but Allen is fantastic as well, hard to say, I think our front line is already good, it is just the secondary.
Brad Bell I think that will be the most likely thing to actually happen, and either way I'm happy. But I agree 100% that our secondary needs a lot more help than our front seven
Coach Coughlin knows the importance of Defense. Adams is a lock to be a Jaguar.

My Raiders need people like him. This is the type of defense we're missing. He's top quality and can definitely make big plays.
The way he plays reminds me so much of Luke Kuechly, it's unreal.
Explosive, excellent low hitting head up high tackling technique, serious torque in his hips to change direction and close quickly, seems to find the ball in traffic quite well (size helps) and plays his heart out. Bears would be fools to pass him up 3!
finally a kid who understands how to WRAP UP.. FINALLY.. after watching guys go high on ball carriers for YRARS now and letting their own momentum slip off the tackle, this kid gets it. clasp the legs and the guy falls. God I hope the bears get this kid
This is kid is the definition of a safety very talented he can do it all. Hope he's on the board when the Cowboys pick at 28, unlikely but we'll see.
