If did, then Russia also being suspicious by latest events like military base affiliated by Iran in Iraq being attacked with any sighting of drones or missiles in radar and Iran helicopter carrying president being downed in Azerbaijan, that it enemies (US) already have such space based technology such as laser weapons which could target any objects without even detection, so Russia had to even defence space threat now.
