Having a lot of experience with government, I would have told them to have a building inspector look at it. The firefighters probably arrived looking for smoke and flames, saw none, and cleared the scene.
Sounds like they were not doing their job. Step out, inspect it more than looking for smoke. How many fires going on in the town? 10 minute walk not going do damage to the feet! Could have saved the day!
They had the contractor do it and he told the manager to leave building and get out everyone but ignored it the 911 call could've been stopped by calling the manager who said there's nothing wrong at our apartments I guarantee the person responsible is the manager and owner of the building terrible people who will be sued but the police were lied too by the manager and owner
This is a case of a real estate investor hiring the cheapest bid. The contractor had no clue or didn't care about shoring and retaining structure as the repairs were being done. This is sad and hiring the lowest bid needs to stop.
I was shocked at how the upkeep of the building was. When seeing the bricks of new on old bricks that a bad sign. Was mortar placed on the new to old bricks? Second hearing it was bowing wpuld be the beginning of a funnel effect. Now if the missing people where on the lower floors, they not going be on the top 4 ft of the falling wall. The main question is, was there a basement to the building. If so....😢

They are not mind readers .we should just say it the building looks unsafe and if it were I I would evacuate. Honest they can not see what the fella saw. . His wrestling rival was ambrose, and you have a St ambrose University there. It's a private Catholic college. 324=36= the year Pope Francis was born. Seth is a fake person, and using the name Rollins makes him a fake jew. Yeah, I'd took the time to compare his voice with the caller, and it's really similar, to say the least. Peace and Ahev
