- Hi and welcome to Doora official channel. Today, the village family is making one of the most delicious Persian foods there is: aubergine stew. Persians have many recipes for different kinds of stew and aubergine stew is one of the most favorite among them. This dish is cooked with fried aubergine, chiken, tomatoes, and other vegetables and beans, and served alongside Persian rice and tahdig. Our village family is preparing this meal for today using their local touches in the recipe and everyone is excited.

They have a very rich culture. They can live in the modern cities an have a modern facilities but the choose to live in village and nature. Respect ❤
These people are settled in Iran it's more than 100 000 years. They were the first people who domesticated the sheep and goat. They went towrds west for greener area to feed their animals. They say the origine of Europeans is from Anatolia, but these people with their animals moved to greener lands toward Europe; Morpologicaly they are taller than Iranians.

On another matter, it would be good if they could get some stainless steal colanders instead of the plastic ones. Because the plastic ones release bad chemicals for the health of people. If I had this family's address or a postal box (and they allow it) I would send them some (from their own country).
A postal box would be better, so when this channel reaches millions of subscribers they will not have visitors' nuisances trying to go there (including me :) ).
