  • Crossing Republik is connected to various commercial hubs of Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi but the connectivity to these areas is full of traffic jams and bottlenecks. The widening of NH 24 will decrease traffic jams on NH24. This locality has a beautiful golf course inside it.
    The entry point from Noida to Crossing Republik is Shaberi village which is not developed and well-lit, hence is unsafe to travel during late hours. Aqua Line metro and Wave City Center Metro station connect Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi. Both these metro stations are 12 km and 30 min away.
    Shared autos and cabs are easily available. IGI airport is 45 km and 2 hours away. Ghaziabad junction is 5 km and 15 min away. Proposed Noida- Greater Noida West metro will boost connectivity. Crossing Republik has good social infrastructure nearby. Restaurants, banks, hospitals, and schools are within 3-5 km. For shopping, you can visit Galleria Market, Panchsheel Square, New Tech La Gracia, and Orbit Plaza. Many hospitals are within a 5 km radius.
    Nearby employment hubs are Paramount Orbit Plaza, and Spring Meadows Business Park. Sector-62 commercial hub is 30 minutes and 9.5 km away. For security, Crossing Republik police chowk and gated community are there. The locality has more investors than end users and has high rental demand.
