Gundam Battle Operation 2: Hyaku Shiki, Buffed or Scuffed?

The Hyaku Shiki is a good few years old now by this point. A very basic suit only equipped with your choice of a primary weapon between a bazooka, a beam rifle, or a shrapnel bazooka paired with vulcans and a beam saber. Finishing it off you have a birdlime launcher which doubles as a low damage stun and also has utility in slowing someone down or taking flying suits out of the sky.
As with other old suits, the Shiki has been dropping off due to the increase of not only versatile raids but also extremely dangerous generals that have since occupied the territory of the Shiki. The Shiki can have great builds, especially with overtune parts at higher levels, but it has been needing a lift for a while now. Can the Hyaku Shiki see glory once more or will it be here for us to laugh at?

Every time I run the 700 hyaku-shiki on ground I always have the bazooka shrapnel to get in close. It drives the big units crazy when they try to lock on the funnels.

These are my favorite videos. Asshimar has the same problem as the Hyaku Shiki in that it's just super basic. But at least it can fly.

Yea the Asshimar buffs really helped it out. The flight mode became much more usable and adds a lot to it.

For the people that don’t have them, at least it’s something. 11k or more downswings aren’t anything to scoff at. But yea if you already have a 700 4 star raid, 700 Shiki is a quick/custom match thing.

I just wished they gave it the lower levels more boost speed and that the Vulcans range were 200m instead otherwise really happy with this buff

the suit was always a decently speedy tanky raid good for flank or hit and run and it was always dangerous in good hands
now its even better at that
and its stun capability and damage are really good
the 700 has such huge dmg capabilities especially w overtuning parts
its just a zippy nasty suit and the only issue is its primary
the shiki rifle on all suits that can primary it its just bad
its ready up and inbetween shot time is bad and the clay bazooka is also not good
they absolutely need a slight adjustment to them and it would help them across all suits that use them which would be a solid buff to all those suits nothing insane but QOL
