It's so refreshing to see passes played forward and not backwards.
Ange shouts at players if they pass the ball back as opposed to Konte who encouraged them to pass it back and back and then to the goal keeper thats why we lost ..Have you noticed this new goal keeper never kicks the ball out, he always passes it to his defender to distribute .
The counter attacks from other teams will also be refreshing

Came back to this after the media driving this ideal spurs are better now without Kane. You can already see from this pre season game the manager was doing a good job implementing a team play style and having Kane would of been a plus. It’s sad that he had to leave and Ange did a very good job to cope with that lost.

Madison is the replacement in midfield we have missed since erikson. Its actually great to see us playing the football we excel at. Feel it will be a strong season for us to build the foundations under ange and I am hopeful that he is given time.
Too right. He's the CAM/Playmaker we've been dying for. You've seen it since the last two seasons. Kane has had to drop deep to be the one starting the attack. Between Madds and Bentancur (once fit), hopefully, we've got that position secured.

Compared to the negative garbage we have had to suffer through for 3 years, no matter what happens this season in terms of silverware, which is certainly a good possibility, this is what football should look like. Love to see Lo Celso thriving and Maddison is simply sublime.

Even though we only scored one (again) and conceded one (again) in the first half, I loved watching those first half highlights. From us pressing high, creating chances, and controlling the game, this is something we should've been doing all along... Love you Ange 🤍

Emerson Royal over Porro all season long. He is a superb defender, and has improved offensively quite a lot. Porro’s defense is questionable.

Harry Kane reminds me a lot of Nikola Jokic in the NBA. I see a lot of similarities between the two, Nikola looks soft and chubby not very pure athletic but yet he makes it work being one of the best in Basketball. Harry Kane in the game of Football I think is similar, he isn’t ripped looks like your average guy at time looks out of shape not very athletic himself either but yet still at the very top of the game one of the best. Both you see skill and technic are key in their success in both games.
I always thought Ange would really thrive with top class players and they have adjusted to his system very quickly.... just need to sort the counter defense and all good to go.
It's amazing how fast they've adjusted, I don't think people realize just how hard it is to adjust after being programed with the last 4 years to pass backwards. Good things are coming and Ange is bringing big things to us all. He's a big bear who goes and get's what he wants.
