My dad was a GYSgt in US Marines & always had inspections on base. You don’t disrupt a military procedure which is why civilians are never allowed on US bases except as a guest. That idiot showed disrespect & was rightly thrown out by the cops.
its very rare to ever see an MOD police inspector there, it is as if they were expecting trouble as the flashing body camera means its live streaming to hq. That would only ever happen if an active threat has been identified.
I've seen so many drunk people walking around in public in these various videos, some carrying open containers of alcohol, and only one got arrested, most just moved down the street to annoy others. Doesn't London have public intoxication statutes? I'm from the U.S., so I don't have any idea, but this wouldn't have been tolerated here, especially in a government area. What about all the children around that could have been injured if he spooked one of the horses? Or just being exposed to this behavior? Please educate me on this, I'm very confused. I know those MOD police guards can't/won't arrest, but couldn't local police be called?
The mod police have the power of arrest. Once spoken to he moved along. Had he not conformed he may have been arrested. His behavior, though rather stupid was not as bad as some.
Not in all part of the U.S. I live in downtown L.A. which has become almost completely lawless, unfortunately. So-called "low level" crimes are ignored. People smoke meth and fentanyl in public.
Neither Gunner at the start of the Guard change knows how to "Halt" properly. How on earth did they get through basic training? Even the more senior or longer service soldiers seem to have forgotten everything.

Probable cause. Shouting out during a military ceremony, though annoying and disrespectful, is not a crime, so they had no reason to search him. He was spoken to and left, de escalating the situation and preventing a scene developing. .
There must be a village somewhere looking for their idiot… the guards found him. Pass the word.

This is the strangest video I’ve ever seen at horse guards.
He got way too close to that soldier in the first place. Maybe he just got up there before shouting, but still.😬

Another nutter
This man is High Brigadier-General of The Sovereign Territory of Barmiland. Please recognise!
And what. Never interrupt soldiers in their duties. SHOW RESPECT to our country and brave service people, who are all volunteers!
@ Barniland is currently AT WAR with the Imperial Province of Britannia, I’ll have you know. Good day to you sir!

I only heard him say left after she said by the right he shouted left.
Yes, I think you might be right that he could be a retired soldier.
at 18:44 as he walks away he says disneyland
Just because someone is repeating something like a parrot doesn't mean they used to be a veteran.
Around 18:40 he said, "Now leave me alone."
18:02 Police officer said, "I'm not trying to scare you."

And are REAL soldiers
They fill in for the other two household Calvary regiments when they need a break
They are "The Kings Troop".
Why are the police vest blinking ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's not their vests blinking...it's their body worn cameras most police wear to record interactions with members of the public
@joem27812 oh okay thank you so much
@@joem27812 yeah because body worn cameras really protect the police lives. Ugh
