I really enjoyed where the crawdads sing...such a clever book. It's very descriptive on the nature writing because the other normally writes nature nonfiction but it does immerse you. It's also slow the first 60ish pages then picks up.
America's First Daughter is a really captivating book, unlike anything else I've ever read, I hope you enjoy! Happy (belated) Valentine's Day! 💕 I have a personally interesting question for you. Which popular genres do you enjoy reading the most?
thanks for sharing, I love Christian Romance, + Non Fiction Least fav genre is fantasy~ I am a mood reader though so whatever I'm in the 'mood' for @ that time is my favorite lol but when in doubt those are my top two which aren't really popular, I love books on relationships, friendships, etc and contemporary novels.
OOOHHHH!! A.D 30 by Ted Dekker! I read A.D. 33 and never got a chance to read A.D.30. I believe this is a biblical fiction (with some fiction characters and biblical characters too). I don't really know how to categorize it because its sort of genre bending. Of course that is based on my reading AD 33 But I love his books!
You started mentioning all those Christian reads and I instantly subscribed!! I just started my booktube & I'm so happy to find another believer’s channel that shares a love for Christian non-fiction & historical fiction!
Hi! I found you through Anne’s BookTuber Shoutout video. I want to read that Lisa Wingate! I actually enjoyed Where the Crawdad’s Sing, but I really love nature descriptions. If you aren’t big on that type of thing, you might be unhauling that one.😊
Girl you went to TOWN in the thrift store 😩 Getting the personal librarian for $1 is such a steal! Yes to solo dates because I need to think in peace thank you. I loveee Charlotte’s Web!
In relation to Quiet (which is a great book btw), I read The Introvert Charasmatic by Mark Tanner when I was a teenager. I don't remember everything that was in it but as a young, very introverted Christian it helped me a lot in feeling comfortable and confident just being myself in church and Christian spaces as well as valued for who I am so I'd recommend that ^^
Because we are best friends sisters in my head I am going to put you on....lol Biblical fiction if you have never read it I have 2 recomendations: Tessa Afshar "Land of Silence" You really can't go wrong with Tessa Afshar. Another is "Counted with the Stars" from the out from Egypt series book1 from Connilyn Cossette Ok here is a bonus lol "Light on a Hill" cities of refuse series again from Connilyn Cossette The goal of Biblical fiction should always make you want to go read your bible if it does that then its good
Hey boo! 🥰I just took a minute to look all of these up, the Connilyn Cossette books sound good, idk what it is about Tessa's books the synopsis never intrigues on any of the books but thank you 🤗much because Ms.(or is she Mrs? ) Cossette sounds GOOD and its free on kindle 😍we love to see it!!💕
@@allthingsbookedyayyy and I agree Tessa's synopsis don't really do it for me either they never do her books justice. I think she works hard to not give anything away. Also because you are a History Buff you way also like "Jewel of the Nile" by her as well. Okay I am done forreal now.🤣 But please do a review of the Connilyn Cossette Books once you have read them.
