I guess you have to quickly catch and take off the frogman to prevent him closing the doors to secret. This can be done only if you stay mostly underwater and don't turn the alarm until you are near the hidden passage to pool with secret. I found a short way: when you climb from water, turn left and grab the edge, then shimmy right and climb into crawlspace. Alarm won't turn on when you go to crawlspace, and this way you can reach the passage shown at video much faster :)

secret 6 is very poorly explained, or rather not explained at all as there are additional prerequisites that must be done/avoided in order to get it.
