Great vintage clock with some provenance I'm sure. However I would prefer some narration so I could learn the names of some of the parts

That grit Sand paper looks a bit too coarse for that application even though it’s a strong movement!Enjoyed the rest though.

I know it’s a ww2 era clock. I don’t know if it is tritium or radium. Sorry I can be of no help.

The best way to find out is with a geiger dosimeter that reads gamma radioactivity, If it is a radio it will beep and the microsieverts will go up, with tritium the beta emission is very low or non-existent, depending on whether it shines, I am waiting to receive one, as is the watch, but watching your magnificent video I just discovered that the second hand does not It is the original and it is also missing the famous spring in the double gear that allows sweeping and not jumping...... The paint on my watch is an oxidized copper orange, and it's probably radium like yours. I have doubts about returning it.... Greetings and congratulations for your magnificent videos.

Dude, cleaning up those parts on the lathe with that grit of sandpaper and file....is an example of how not to do it! Geez!

You are absolutely right! On the “3 part” series I made, I voice over and share how that was the wrong way to do it. Thank you for the comment and I appreciate the support!
