Maam, I am changing my visa status from H4 to F1,and I came to India before my course started for stamping. I found the option of dropbox and I submitted the required documents but after one week my visa got refused and I got a slip called 221(g) and there I found that I have been called for an in person interview. So I need some help regarding the interview questions. What should I reply for this question, "Why are you changing your visa status from H4 to F1?" Maam can you please help me with this question as I have not found any relevant video for it in the TH-cam or in the Google.

Can you please suggest some Masters program in New Jersey universities, where H4 can enroll and get converted to F1 visa. Also, can we register for such Masters programs just after arriving to USA or it has some minimum stay criteria in USA

Once h4to h1b approved ? getting ssn h1b will stamping is required? Even after carrying all i797,i94

For your spouse to file for EAD, your company has to apply for your i-140. Once your I-140 is approved, they can apply for EAD and start working
