Robert, at (NO) Mass this morning, with tears of joy... I watched the ever increasing number of parishioners receiving our Lord on the knees and on the tongue... without even a kneeler but on the tile floor... God is at work in our Church...slowly but surely greater reverence for the Eucharist is happening. 📿🙏 One day I will visit Lough Derg.. a life long dream.
The Rosary is the Bible on the beads🙏 The Magnificat is a wonderful booklet to have great meditations by great Saints and Doctors of the Church as well as pages of Saints each month. It’s the most fantastic value from Irish Catholic. Legion of Mary is the very best prayer group because it combines work and prayer all structured by the greatest Irishman of the 20th century🙏 I’ve done LD 5/6 times but it’s a few years now!

I wonder what one can do to bring people to prayer when one is looked at like a "nut case" or as someone once described it, you had too much of that Jesus juice. The ones that I can share with are already weary of my sharing, imagine those that do not believe. I wish so much to be able to bring people to God. I think what is best is to share your video. I am sure you are aware of The Flame of Love Elizabeth Kindelmann of Budapest, Hungary from 1961 to 1982 from Our Lord and Our Blessed Mother. In terms of the Pilgrims Path go back and do it with the wonderful Fr La and have your mind opened wider on Faith on our beautiful island we are blessed to be on. Amen Amen Amen. PS visit St Brigid's Adoration Chapel before you leave.
I really like what you said about purifying but not burning. I like lakes, they are so peaceful. Regarding prayer, my idea of it is reflecting, like on the mysteries of the rosary. It is not a conversation with Jesus, like you and others have. He is more of an historical figure to me than living, although I know he is. If I tried to have an actual conversation with Him, I would not know if it is really Him, me and my imagination, or Satan, because Satan is good at masquerading.
Read the book of heaven by Servant of God Luisa Picaretta, it's just so powerful, when you hear him he brings peace, always and you soon know his voice in your very being, you can ask Our Lady to bring you to him in your Rosary and she will, God bless
