My advice to all, before investing in the state do a study on the other proposed projects in Goa. Please check the sagarmala report, Mormugao Port Trust expansions plans, you will come to know that the State of Goa is a proposed coal hub. There are jetties planned along the rivers so the coal can be dumped by the rivers. Coal dust below 10 microns can remain airborne and can travel more than 10 kms, a time will come that all people will be infected with respiratory diseases. The port coal dust seems to have reached to places like Dona Paula, caranzalem etc.

Expensive.. I can buy 2 bhk in Dynamix own project at Dahisar for 99 lacs and get more rent and appraisal than this bomb of a project - 60 lacs is worth it orelse I can buy plot at 7k per sq meter and live like a king.
