Absolutely still looking good in 2024, always loved the look of this car.
Not many people like e46's convertibles , they prefer sedans or coupes , I have a 330ci 2005 convertible and I love it , I have put a lot of money in this car and still in the process, but I believe is worth every penny , it's a very fun car to drive , love my road trips with the top down driving on Pacific coast highway in Malibu 😎 I'm thinking about taking her for the first time to Lake Tahoe this year !! Btw I named her "Valeria" 😬
I have the 320 m sport version. I purchased a hard top cover for a bargain £200 and a wind deflector, brand new in cover case, for £125.. I love my car
Wagons are highly sought after also especially a manual one here in the US

E46 is my favourite generation and they know how to make a smooth 6 cylinder
I am thinking about selling my 2002 E46 vert, 70k miles. Then you had to remind me how amazing the car is. You're spot on, the motor is wonderful. A dream to drive. Guess I have some sole searching to do.
Still a lovely car
A timeless classic, such a nice shape especially with the roof down, it doesn't look too bad with the hood up either. The Individual spec is the icing on the cake

@@k_lrd1784 So many variables. What options were on the car (is it a manual?) car condition, maintenance, mileage, etc... In the USA this car would have sold for twice it's price in the UK.

It has had damage, considering the color of the door

The Prefacelift cars are nicer
Arguably so! Definitely down to personal preference, although the facelift rear lights and wheel options are certainly prettier.

I think the facelift coupes with the M package are nicer, used to have a 2006 ZHP Coupe was such a beautiful car
You are crazy, don’t get me wrong if it’s a M3, I won’t mind, but the ZHP 2004-2006 facelift is just to die for. No other BMW design can match the vibe of those mascara eyes.
the way how you grip steering wheel is disaster.
