Hi aruna , when parameter is only defined in mapping then its hardcoded( watch at 5.50 onwards in above video )
.in realtime projects you will be mostly creating mapping task for mapping and then taskflow as well becoz you have to schedule jobs to run automatically in production or test environment
. in mapping task and taskflow we can use parameter file .

yes input parameter are fixed in mapping like in powercenter. inout is like mapping variable
