The challenge in my video is meant to be a fun way to engage viewers and isn't a formal IQ test. I understand the idea, but even if such studies suggest that correlation, correlation is not causation, and stating that someone scoring a 10/20 means that their IQ is over 150 is dishonest clickbait, because according to your statement here, general knowledge tests are not the same as IQ tests. Also, while some of these questions admittedly could be figured out using deductive reasoning, many of them require specific knowledge of the topics in question that aren’t readily deducible from only the questions themselves, which to my understanding is the purpose of an IQ test.
