I started pole in 2020, so not quite beginner but definitely new to exotic pole and just flow and floorwork. But let me just take this moment to appreciate you explaining the inside/outside terms. My instructor never actually explained them and it wasn’t until like 6 months of weekly classes that it clicked for me lol.

I'm getting back into pole, but this time poling from home. Floorwork was always a challenge for me and this video helped a lot. Your instructions are clear and concise, also it helps how you have your video set up as mirror which makes it easy for me to follow along.

Vera, you are an amazing teacher !!! Started pole the end of april up to now. Def a newbie😊 im 55 with severe rheumatoid arthritis - hope you can create a vid that can help modify how to lift yourself off the floor gracefully 🫣. Just an idea. Also i have a total of 14 total joint replacements. Would you create another vid to build hand, wrist arm strength.
what worked for me with building hand, wrist, and arm strength is weight training. Holding dumbbells or kettle bells while rowing, chest pressing, etc. improves grip strength also: gymnastic ring workouts. Always make sure you're cleared for such trainings!
