Hanna don't worry about the caffeine in coffee -- it's actually healthy, full of antioxidants and prevents diabetes - yes! - and helps the brain stay sharp. In fact it's healthy to drink up to 5 cups a day! So go ahead and enjoy your 2 cups, no need to feel guilty. I really love your videos so much and agree with other comments here, you have a calming presence and I appreciate seeing what foods you eat daily. They never get boring!
On the same caffeine journey, but opting for half-caf or one cup of normal and one decaf has been a game changer when it comes to focus, energy throughout the day, and anxiety!

I also looooove caffeine hehe. My problem is that I love cold brew. I make it at home and it's so tasty :) But it's so high in caffeine lol I sometimes do matcha breaks (where I swap out my coffee with a matcha) so maybe I will do that this summer. My anxiety can flare up when I drink a lot of caffeine lol. Also I can SO relate to the busy summer. I did not intend on this summer being so busy, and now here I am. Hope your travels go well and can't wait to see/hear about them!
