@@MoustacheMan-fe9wd I would say it's more ergonomic in it's use, there is defenitly more options and it could feel overwelming, but it's not hard to understand. I didn't tryed sfm so I can't if it's easier, but it's defenitly not hard and have way better renders
tysm i was trying to find how to do the robotic movement (the movement where the body parts move back a little bit before they stop). you helped me even tho I use blender and not sfm. deserves a like
@@fffyazanytflamingo4298 No he means to move them both like in the same typa way. Cause if you just select them one of them will move then the other will clip out and will move on the axis of the other eye it's hard to explain but thats not how you do it
Helpful, however one thing I still have a problem with was never covered. Whenever I want to do robotic, the model starts to move in the direction of the NEXT movement. And doesn't stay still, and then meets to where I wanted it to move in the next key. That might not make sense... Can someone help me? Edit : Nevermind, I watched more and just realized that he covered that basis. Don't mind me, just being dumb
actually very useful, even if I'm using blender it's also relevant so thanks, I actually didn't thought on doing it that way
Is blender easier?

I'm trying to get into animation, so I appreciate these a lot, being a huge FNAF fan.
After months of figuring out how to animate on sfm FINALLY I DID IT and this will be very usefull for my animation
First video I've seen by you, I've learned a surprising amount about SFM that I didn't know before XD tysm for the video, subbed straight away!
Didn't watch the full vid yet but ik it's Abt to be amazing
Results?
hey! Does anyone know how to animate the movements? Im kind of new to source filmmaker, 😊.
can you do a tutorial on how you shorten the clips, and how you get both of the eyes to move?
To shorten the clip. Select the left or right side of the clip and blue box behind it. Then drag it. To move both the eyes just select both eyes

This helped me with why it moved with no keyframes thank you :)
It would be interesting to see TF2 characters to move like that
Also try to lock the movement to one axis, because real animatronics wouldnt be able to move to funky angles like this
the spacebar sound was satisfying and also annoying at the same time
My fav sim tutorial
Чувак прям на автомате это уже делает, респект
I don't have sfm, Or even a pc, I'm honestly just watching this to see how sfm works.
guys i accidentally pressed that close button for the thing that shows the timeline and i can't bring it back anybody know how to fix it.
