We are standing with you, Mauna A Wākea. We want to keep the Mauna as it is, or even more cleaner. We appriciate the science and the univers & the stars but the TMT should not be on the Maunakea.
We simply wanted to Mahalo to all of the kūpuna and the kiaʻi on the Mauna to showing us so many important things in our lives.
私達はマウナケアと一緒にここ日本に立ちます。マウナケアを今のままの姿で(願わくばさらに自然に近い状態へ)保ちたいです。私達は科学や宇宙、星への感謝を忘れません。ただし、TMTはマウナケアの上にいりません。
私達の人生に一体何が必要なのかを教えてくれる、マウナケアの上で『山を守る』kūpunaとkiaʻiに感謝の気持ちを込めて、一緒に歌いました。私達のAlohaがハワイへ届きますように。
マウナケアと気持ちを一つにしたいと撮影にお集まり頂いた皆さん、ありがとうございました。異なるハラウのフラダンサー、レイメーカー、ハワイを愛するビーチガール、ご近所さま、みんなの気持ちが１つになりました。
