that is so annoying idk what teachers have against nails. a similar thing happened to me, but I only had my natural nails that were a little long. we were playing ukulele in music class and the teacher saw me playing with my barely long nails and she said "uh uh you need to cut your nails" like damn you had to call me out like that???
8:15 - I always scratch up the tips too. Why? I learned my lesson when the polygon actually separated from the tip itself when I didn't. So I always scratch up the tip as well. 👌
Who cares what people think or say about your stuff? Let them send you money to buy stuff. You do you! If it's not broke, don't fix it. Nail stuff is not cheap. Love the nails!!

I thought the best nails were only acrylic but you showed me so many ways working with poly gel that doesn’t seem overly complicated so Thankyou. I ordered a couple things to do some simple designs but I hope to get to your level one day and maybe even start it as a business on the side❤️❤️

You're so talented doll🥰 If I'm being 💯, I agree on the color "orange" you used, I think if it was a bit more rustic/darker orange color. I think you would have liked it more if darker but the orange you have is a bit neonish so I think that's where you're not feeling it but your nail art is amazing 🤩
For me if I were to do this the tips have to be the same shape as the nude and way shorter than what you have like fingertip short I have the almond shape right now and I love it on me even have chrome powder as well but yeah this looks really pretty
Hey love have you ever applied poly gel to your toe nails? If so I would love to see a demonstration. I’m allergic to acrylic so I can only use gel polish , and builder gel. I haven’t tried poly gel yet but I think it would be perfect for that sharp square toe look and length!

I think gold chrome liner would’ve complimented the orange much better than the silver. I hope you try that design again with a different color! 🍊
