      Finally someone is talking about this!! Not one news station has addressed this. There is a law that says if someone without the mental capacity of knowing what's going on, CANNOT legally sign anything! I don't think Jill did it. I think his advisors around him did. O'Keefe did a video awhile back on who is actually running the White House. Absolutely I hope ALL of those pardons are challenged. We have heard NOTHING from the White House or other news outlets. Why? They need to be challenged because I believe all those pardons would be thrown out.
      We need to start bringing this to the forefront

      It won't be. None of it.. We dropped the ball and just lackadaisy let it slide. There was no out cry then. Nothing seemed to deem it urgent. So it continued. The constitution gives an out for that when it occurs. There was no out cry for the 25 amendment to be e in evoked. Any hearings that might be had concerning this won't show any urgent move made by anyone and if it was such big issue it certainly should of been. I'm no fan of Biden but from legal standpoint,i think he's not going to be found unfit. It'll just be grumbling from his political opponent

      Be serious. First of all, as president he never had, nor needed any security clearances. He can do, speak, or write as he pleases. No Grand Jury would indict him as he is well-loved in DC, the only place that could bring any indictment regarding presidential actions. How about you focus on the exigent and emergent failures of the Trump administration, which is headed for a remarkable and fast meltdown. He could be impeached within weeks, over even less time. And it will be successful this time.

    I would argue in court that he does not have the mental capacity to sign any of the stuff that was signed in the last year. Some of it some whoppers, and it needs to be looked at seriously legally looked at.

He was determined, after investigation of having classified documents in his possession at home in the garage and other unsecure locations, to be an 'elderly man with a poor memory' by Mr Durham(sp?), merely an opinion, NOT a mental evaluation. BTW, he committed a serious felony when, as a member of the US Senate, he removed classified documents from properly secured government facilities. An offense for which you would be tossed into the klink.

Unless and until a court has FORMALLY ADJUDICATED a person mentally disabled, they retain all of their legal rights. We deal with this issue all the time and the law presumes mental competence unless adjudicated by a court otherwise.

It should be possible to challenge Biden's actions in the same way. There was enough evidence of his lack of mental capacity that he was replaced as the Democrat Party candidate.

      @ There are several problems with that theory: primarily that if what you were saying were true, then the cabinet should have invoked the 25th Amendment. Yes, wills are challenged, but not usually those that are prepared in the presence of a law firm. And the process does require drafting and publication in the federal register, or some formal promulgation. This is not a holographic will etched on a glove compartment. It’s a formal document of the UNited State of America and the courts understand the *ONCE* you open up the process of reviewing pardons, then *EVERY* pardon become reviewable. I just do not know how to say this-as I have said it over and over: The courts have ruled that the pardon power is UNASSAILABLE, UN-REVIEWABLE, PLENARY, DISPOSITIVE, and FINAL. There is not going to be any legal case of the nature you are talking about.

      @@davidb2206 It does not matter what “the people” say. Judges are bound by legal precedent and any case brought subsequent to a pardon will simply be dismissed. In fact, a prosecutor who brought such a charge would be acting unethically and would likely be disbarred by their state bar. No lawyer is going to risk their law license by bringing such a case. Lawyers are officers of the court and legally bound to all such rulings. They are barred from just acting on their own opinion. If they violate that, the court can revoke their right to appear.
