    Locktite is used to prevent bolts and screws from becoming loose and falling out due to road vibration and should be used when you put everything back together. A little dab'll do ya.

    WOW, a 1000 times!!!! This guy and video was God sent. I had the exact same problem with the Varla Eagle One scooter. They put Locketite on the screws which makes it incredibly difficult to take off without stripping. I was able to remove 4 of the 6 screws on both front and back wheels. I did what that guy did first. I used a set to remove strip bolts; " Failed", I tried drilling; "Failed ", I finally used a hammer and flat head screw driver like a chisel, lucky for me after several hits it came loose but I would not try it twice. I am gonna buy the items in this video to deal with the front wheel for the 2nd attempt. I really thank dude for this very helpful advice. Varla is a great scooter but not so great in making it easy to repair!!!!

    I ran into this problem within the first week of owning this scooter. Those screws suck. I had to drill them out with an extractor set. Replaced them with my own steel bits. Way more tough. Glad I'm not alone. Buy a diamond studded allen set for like $15 from Home Depot. Won't strip. WAAAy better than the included multi-tool.

    Can you link the items we need to take out a stripped screw? The set, wrench and stuff please

    I know it’s too late for some of you, but you can change the tire and tube with the brake disc on. I had stripped bolts and didn’t want to waste time so I just put the disc through the tube and tire to change them. Did it on a Apollo Explorer.🤣

      Varla Eagle one here, that silver part after the disk brake is too high, it’s basically impossible to force the tire and the tube through both the disk and the silver part. Did you end up getting tools to take out a stripped screw?

    I did what you said and it won't work. The t25 wont even stay after hitting it with a hammer and I have 4 stripped screws. Am I not hammering hard enough? Its putting holes through my towel and I'm worried about the motor when hitting it too hard haha. Please help somebody 😂😫

    Use stainless steel bolts for all your work stainless steel stands up to the torture and it won't rust

    Doesn't look like you used much of that bottle of Slime. Pre Slime tires before riding will prevent most flats but use 4oz per tire and make sure to spin it enough to coat the entire tube. Slime is the cheapest tire sealant but good for the money. Blue locktight is used so bolts dont fall out..Its terrible when companies don't put locktite on the bolts upon assembly but make sure you apply it on any bolts/screws without any ie the handlebar clamp

      Hi, start with the T25, that is the size you need, I used the T27 to create a new tread.

    for my experience don’t ever use to drill gun…use the tools that it came with it to take off those screws….

  • @3demetrio
    @3demetrio 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Use different drill and tap set to make new threads with new screws so you can use them versatile try quarter inch by 20 regular thread get the drill and the tap for it and you could make your own threads use a little oil take your time and drill straight
