The Blue Castle was the group read in the L. M. Montgomery booktube event earlier in the year but I never got round to it, everyone seemed to love it though! I love Of Mice and Men, and The Grapes of Wrath and East of Eden. I bought Maisie Dobbs after someone recommended it to me when I did a video about my favourite detectives, haven't read it yet though.
I had pretty mixed feelings on the Grapes of Wrath, but overall I really liked it. The writing is incredible. Haven’t gotten to East of Eden yet. I’m finding Maisie Dobbs a little slow at the start, but hopefully it’ll pick up. 😊
