Your haemoglobin is low as range is 12-15 , you need suppliments or fruits . Keep an eye on WBC although it is in upper limit i-e 4000-11000. Rest ok , however basophils at least more than 1 percent. . You do your CBC at least weakly basis , If you feel fatigue , tiredness , mild fever , night sweats for more than 1 weeks , then you may check yourself from "haematologist oncologist"
