Am so glad you guys, got to come down and ride the dunes am so lucky to get to ride every year. But did you guys re-check your jetting when you got here because the gray bike sounded a little off and id also recommend different rear paddles next time or maybe not run a little less air. and maybe if you guys come back down again and would like a guide let me know.

We were pretty happy to finally make it down, it took a few years to make it happen. We did re-jet the quads when we got here. Grey machine was lean with 310 mains and the next size up We had was 340, so we just slapped the 340s in and let it rip for the week. I'll probably look into different tires eventually, but these sand stars were more than good enough in my opinion, just can't stop going uphill.

I have old set of fireball a-arms.
I know the long travel arms you have are the new version. How do you like them? And what offset rims did you end up using?
I'm using 3/2 rims for 50 inches wide front end, but I don't think my arms are as wide.

They are very nice, pricey because I needed to buy longer shocks. My front Elkas came sprung too stiff for my liking though, I'll change the springs one day.
The front rims are the stockers off of a raptor 660, and sits a little over 50 inches wide. We have +2 fullflights on our red 07 banshee, and these are way wider

@@RedlineRollers good to know thank you for the info. I have the longer elka as well. Originally set them up for the track and jumps. I sent them out recently and had them resprung and valved for dessert racing. My old fireball are shot and they don't sell the replacement joints anymore.

@@RedlineRollers I have the same rear shock and lower link kit. Probably the best investment a banchee owner can make. Night and day difference over stock.
