If they buff her heavy neutral twirl to actually have more s to deal with slow fireballs and have her low spin kick go under high fireballs she would be in a much better spot. Thematically it makes more sense for Manon to have a more dodgy move set that allows her to close distance while dodging attacks instead of armoring through attacks like marisa and zangief. Also to make her more like an opposite to zangief give her an upper body counter that counters punches when they punch her in the counter stance like how zangiefs tundra storm counters kicks. It would be in line with judo techniques to using the opponents force against them.

Manon really needs help. People have wised up to her pretty fast. The game mechanics really do not benefit her much at all and that puts you at a big disadvantage.
I know you're godlike with Manon, But i think Lily would benefit you as a player. She's got some Laura like grappler moves and she' can be REAL aggressive when you finally get the hang of her.
maybe time to drop Manon for incoming bigger event? i think Marisa is very good for you and not the top top tier to receive nerf. Look at big bird. It is sad that we see Punk but not you in this EVO.

This guy doesn't just drop characters. He will probably play Manon until she is upgraded in season 5 and then he'll start winning tournaments.
