アパート建築しました！ 季節は春、桜の季節ですね🌸
一応サブタイトルが「コモレビ街づくり＃１」です
コモレビエリアの街並みを建築していこうかと考え中です😊
二階は２０１号室，２０２号室、三階は３０２号室としました。
ちなみに、一階は空室ですのでご自由に建築を楽しめます。

Stop motion build with The Sims 4!!
I built an apartment! The season is spring and cherry blossom season 🌸
For the time being, the subtitle is "Komolebi Town Development # 1"
I'm thinking about building the cityscape of the Komorebi area 😊
The second floor has rooms 201 and 202, and the third floor has rooms 302.
By the way, the first floor is vacant so you can enjoy the architecture freely.

Agreed! A "landlord game pack" could make this possible.
You always can build an apartment block then rent it out for npc sims just set the door lock or set bed for npc sim then you will be the landlord of that building with tons of npc sim surrounding you without you controlling them.

@@tringuyen669 mình về nhìn kĩ bản mình có thì lúc đầu mình tưởng base game update nhưng hóa ra tính năng đó ở bản university. Tức là nó cho mình đăng phòng kiếm roommates ấy. nhà bạn chỉ cần có giường trống thì sẽ đăng cho thuê đc, tùy theo nội thất + không gian thì giá thuê từ vài trăm đến vài nghìn đó bạn.

I love this so much! my absolute favourite builds are ones that try to replicate real life - I love the combination of ''standard'' elements (since people in flats don't get to choose the basic layout) and the taste of each family.

일본인 심즈 영상 처음보는데 심즈 팩에도 일본 느낌 건축재료가 많은 덕도 있겠지만 규모설정이며 소품 배치 진짜 잘 한 듯..책상 소품 배치에서 감탄😂일본 영화, 드라마, 애니, 여행을 통해 본 느낌 확 살아나네👍한편으론 노씨씨로 자국 분위기를 1000%살릴 수 있다는 게 부럽다🥲

Every little detail is sooo pretty! What a talented person you are! I'm crying cause I'm suck at designing things. I have a lot of ideas, but too dumb to execute them. So I spent half day to design a rectangle house with some generic stuffs. The only things I can do right is to create dramas in game 🤣🤣🤣
