Sorry for the delay in replying. I'm on summer holiday time with 3 kids...it's a tough balancing act. Yes, they keep raising the prices. I haven't used WP Bakery in quite some time. Maybe I'll revisit it.

I can't type anything on my post page. It says "edit with elementor" in the middle. How would I change that in order to add content?
Go to settings - reading - and then change the home page to static and your post page to a separate page you create for your posts.. hope this helps

Gutenberg is an annoying editor, not for beginners...I would lead novices to the classic editor or WP Bakery.
You don't find Elementor pretty good for beginners?
