ek dis jhund padtali.my suggestion is not to limit to just 1 dish,that too only non veg.
u shud get veg customers also.
shud include hot tea & coffee along with govan paav,unde,poli,parle g biscuit.
Also shud keep farsaan and other sweets packets made by local goan.
chaan budovn goycho paav,unde khaavpach maja aani xprnce will be thing to remember for every1,espclly tourist outside goa.
