Hi! I liked your video. But, just FYI, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, naan is North Indian food. South Indian food is very different. Try masala dosa. Vada, idli, sambar. And please use the word chutney, instead of sauce.
Akbarkhan is right brother. Every state in India has their own unique different dishes. The food that they tried in this video are North Indian dishes. Example: the samosa featured in this video is one you can get in places like Delhi and surrounding states. It's mainly mashed potato with spice. In south Indian states such as Goa (my background), we make a smaller samosa that is triangular and defined. Also we have two different versions: A mince meat version that consists of spices, coriander and a bit of chopped onion, and a vegetarian version which is mashed potato, spices and veggies like chopped carrot, peas. The North Indian version of the samosa is a little subdued in terms of taste. Also the way that we make pulao Biryani is different, again dependent on the state.

Yeah, I think the chicken dishes are labeled wrong. Butter chicken should be more orange-ish, while tikka masala is red.
